The team has helped us increase the keyword rankings of quite a few pages on our site. This improvement in rankings is the most important metric for us.

Their project management is great — they deliver on time and are very responsive. We use email and Zoom, where we have regular discussions about our strategies. Inseev Interactive is pretty transparent about anything that isn't working out and needs to be adjusted.

I work a Colorescience, a professional skincare brand based in San Diego, California. We sell professional skincare products like mineral sunscreens and treatments. We’re an omnichannel brand, selling through dermatologist offices, our website, Amazon, and other online retailers.

I’m the director of digital marketing and e-commerce, so I’m in charge of managing everything related to the e-commerce channels and Colorescience.com, including our subscription and loyalty programs.

We had a very lean marketing team in-house, so we’ve partnered with Inseev since 2015 to manage and improve our SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inseev helps us with a variety of services, from managing our content creation to link building and SEO on-site. Additionally, we did a website migration last year, and they were instrumental in guiding their portion of the migration. We have them manage our PPC campaigns for a couple of years, but they no longer do that for us.

For content creation, they come up with the topic and run it by us. Then, they write the content and run it by us again. Finally, they post it on our website, so they’re acting like an extension of our team.

Inseev has helped us with some research as well. Initially, we were positioned as a mineral makeup brand, but we switched to skincare and mineral treatments. They adapted the content accordingly and shifted our strategy to focus more on skincare.

We have 2–3 people assigned to our account, including an SEO strategist and a senior marketing manager. We also interact with the owner of Inseev to do quarterly business reviews.

We knew the owner of Inseev from another company where he was also consulting. He was extremely knowledgeable and a subject matter expert in SEO, so we felt confident in giving them that part of our business.

We started working in September 2015, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Looking at the past 12 months, from June 2020–June 2021, Inseev has increased our organic traffic by 16%, conversion rate by 13%, and revenue by 32%. Additionally, looking at 2020 versus 2019 — or COVID-19 period versus non-COVID-19 period — they increased our traffic by 60%, conversion rates by 7%, and revenue by 31%. Organic traffic makes up about 43% of our total traffic, contributing to about 12% of our total revenue.

How did Inseev Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Inseev performs really well. They’re very organized and deliver the work on time. They also keep us informed of what is achieved each month and what’s on the roadmap for the next, and we’re able to pivot if we have a request for a project.

We communicate mostly via email, and we have a monthly performance call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Inseev’s SEO expertise distinguishes them from other providers. I’ve started myself in SEO, so I know that it’s a long-term play. However, they’re always testing, and it’s exciting to see that they’re able to drive results fairly quickly.

When they’ve come up with a topic and written the content, they’re able to capture one of the top three positions in Google search rankings within around two months, which is extremely fast for SEO.

In addition to that, they stay up to date with industry updates and algorithm changes. They have a testing mentality that allows them to always push performance, and they’ve put together a strategic roadmap for SEO.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Over the last few years, Inseev has been focused on driving organic traffic to our website, which, as I mentioned, makes up 43% of our total traffic. However, that traffic has the lowest conversion rate, which means that it is not always as qualified as we need.

This year, they’ve been working on conversion rates and traffic qualification, so traffic monetization is something that we’re currently improving.

I definitely recommend you working with Inseev. They’re an extremely knowledgeable agency in everything SEO-related.

The metric we use is the revenue that organic search drives to our company every year. Other smaller metrics go into that, like our search rankings for various terms and the yearly ranking improvement. Those KPIs have been showing an upward trend, and that’s why we continue to work with them.

The main reason we’ve been working with them for so long is that we’re very happy with their communication.

It’s rare for us to work with a service provider for so long, but it’s just that everything’s been great. Their level of service, reliability, dependability, and overall outcome of the services they provide have been nothing but positive assets for us.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — it’s been a great relationship.

I’d recommend having internal resources that can enable you to do the things that Inseev Interactive requests — otherwise, it’s going to be difficult to get the full benefit from their services.

I’m the owner and CEO of The Travel Secret. We’ve been in business since 2018, and we sell memberships to discount travel sites.

The travel industry is very competitive, so we wanted to increase our online presence through SEO, and we decided to reach out. We needed for our website to have a better domain authority to appear on the first pages of search results.

Inseev Interactive mainly worked with HARO’s requests. HARO is an online service for journalists to contact experts and ask them for information that helps their reporting. Our company was doing as much outreach and support as possible, responding to reporters about tips, tricks, and comments regarding the travel industry. 

The team was in charge of SEO placement, helping us outreach and making sure everything was under control. The team sent us monthly reports showing all the placements they had achieved for us.

We had a significant improvement with the work the team did. We had a Google sheet where they reported every single link they earned for us. They would always average 9–10 links monthly, and we went all the way up to 30 in the time we worked with them.

The team sent us complete and thorough monthly reports that included information from 3–4 different platforms they used to monitor our results. They took screenshots from different services and put them on their reports, which were very complete, because they gave you the main authority of the referring link, among other benefits. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspects are their effectiveness and thoroughness. We had a basic service package, but we still got results. Other companies don’t put as much effort into their work when it is a small project. However, Inseev Interactive went above and beyond and was really good at delivering what we were expecting. 

The only reason we stopped working was because of COVID-19. Our business went into a dormant situation because we didn’t want to be spending when people are not traveling. The situation has changed, and we’re about to relaunch. We are recording new ads for our company, and we will definitely come back to Inseev Interactive as soon as we’re ready.

I don’t see anything I’d have them improve.

They have 3–4 different levels within the company working on your account. Make sure to take advantage of this and use all of them for whatever you need. You’ll have a great experience.

We interviewed 25 other firms and even went with a different partner before going with Inseev. After 1 month of using that initial partner, we immediately knew we made a mistake and quickly dropped them to use Inseev. We have been blown away with the results we have received thus far.

We had 2 SEO specialists in constant communication with us. The were relatively senior and knew exactly what they were doing. You could tell they were driving the project and not just fronting for someone to outsource.

Deliverables were building 6-7 links per month. Over the course of our engagement, Inseev has doubled their deliverables building a total of 98 links over 8 ½ months of service. These deliverables have helped to increase our website’s authority, resulting in an increase in traffic and targeted ranking keywords. These efforts have also generated new brand recognition and press opportunities. These efforts have helped to support our long-term growth initiatives and have helped our team to scale the business. Overall their services have helped to drive new, qualified leads to our website

They really do the absolute best out of the 25 firms we looked at. They are the right fit for a startup or someone who is revenue generating that needs to look for a firm to outsource their SEO. The value that you will receive is amazing from the way they plug right into your business. They receive a branded email that they then use as their PR outreach. Keeping the brand consistent. They also keep you updated every step of the way with live link tracking through google sheets. They have always exceeded expectations on their timelines and have never been late through our entire engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a great job, and I think that is partly from their planning on the front end on how to launch a successful SEO campaign. They do not follow a cookie cutter model where they try to plug in different businesses. They find opportunities that are right for your business and the quality they deliver is un-matched. We have seen what a terrible SEO company is like to use which we fired in the first month before switching to Inseev. Inseev does it correct from the start and you see that. When you use them for your SEO be sure to put the effort into your planning stage that we did and you will not be disappointed in their work.

They are amazing and I would not see any area that could be improved at this time.

Our client has seen an increase in Page Authority to certain targeted pages and an increase in high-quality backlinks. Additionally, the client's backlink profile improved greatly after working with Inseev.

Inseev Interactive has been very reliable, hardworking, and driven in the workflow. The team we work with is incredible and goes above and beyond to put together high quality work. We have never run into an issue before.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inseev initially audited and analyzed not only our website but also our analytics programs. We did a lot of marketing analytics and tracking, and their team reviewed those pieces. They then crafted a nearly 30-page proposal with practical and measurable ways that we could improve our SEO. Their proposal included big-ticket items and drilled down to smaller items. They tweaked parts of the website but didn't change the core of it. Right now, their team's working on 100% organic initiatives.

We interviewed a number of SEO companies that we found through online searches. It’s a tough niche because many agencies say they can help but few actually produce results. We started with Inseev around March 2020, and we’re looking to expand our efforts with them into paid marketing channels.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It’s hard to attribute all of the lift to our partnership with Inseev because we also upgraded our website architecture. However, their team has probably contributed an additional 7,000–10,000 visitors a month. I’m happy with them because their team’s professional and works hard. They're honest too.

How did Inseev Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

We have monthly Zoom calls but also have planning meetings every quarter and every six months. We take care of small issues through email. Their team’s responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. They’re also timely. Inseev’s professional in an industry where it’s hard to find professionals.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Professionalism distinguishes Inseev from the competition. Their ability to execute also makes them stand out from the crowd. They absolutely deliver results.

No, I’m happy with them

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a sufficient marketing budget. You probably can’t enter into a project like this cheaply. It’s important to have a sufficient budget to allow Inseev to do well. Have a long-term view for results too. You can’t achieve results from SEO campaigns in a few months.

I joined SleepScore Labs as the Head of Marketing in the fall of 2019. Being tasked to revamp the marketing strategy and with modest budgets, I was looking for high impact expertise with a mindset of true partnership. I had indirectly worked with Inseev in a prior role and got consistently strong positive feedback as I spoke to brands I respected in their client list. Inseev really did their homework on SleepScore and our needs to ensure a good fit. Compared to other agencies I've worked with who can feel more focused on landing the new contract versus evaluating the relationship in a meaningful way. Inseev has consistently delivered on every front since we started working with them. When we've had bandwidth challenges on our end impacting timely implementation on our site, Inseev has offered additional resources and has pivoted to other high-value efforts that take less heavy lifting. And from an ongoing SEO optimization perspective, the results are there and that is obviously foundational as much as any complex project-based efforts. There is a sea of SEO resources out there, but Inseev quickly rises above as soon as you get past the marketing pitch. I would recommend Inseev to anyone looking for an SEO partner.

Our company sells protective packaging products for shipping exporters. Essentially, our products go inside shipping containers and protect packages from moisture and temperature damage when shipping containers are being transported across the ocean. I manage the company and oversee day-to-day operations. I was the lead on this project with Inseev Interactive.

It was pretty simple; we were looking to have our website rebuilt.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an existing website that had been designed five years prior to this engagement. My team went to Inseev Interactive and asked them to revise or update the site. Ultimately, they built a new website from scratch using WordPress. One of the main objectives of the new platform was to improve our Google rankings.

There were four different people involved including the owner, SEO manager, project manager, and writer. I had two lead people that I worked with.

They were a referral from a friend and colleague. I was talking to him and he shared that he was thinking about working with Inseev Interactive. He described what they did and how good they were at web design and SEO. I was interested so he made an introduction through email. Then, I made an intro call and started talking with them. Ultimately, I went to meet them and knew they were the right fit.

The engagement lasted from September 2017–April 2018. We did a contracted project but once that ended, they did smaller projects such as blog writing. From time-to-time, they do ad-hoc work and perform little tweaks here and there.

We’ve had a tremendous jump in inquiries in the form of phone calls, emails, and online submissions. The amount of business we’ve closed far surpasses the amount we paid for their work. We’ve had an excellent ROI, and there’s definitely been value-added. Inseev Interactive achieved what we wanted for our website and SEO rankings.

How did Inseev Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re either the best that I’ve ever worked with or equal to the best. Their project management was outstanding and everything was always delivered on time. We held in-person meetings where Inseev Interactive’s owner would sit in as well. He took time out of his own schedule to participate in our meetings, despite not being in the day-to-day process.

We held phone calls with the lead SEO manager. Once the web team was developing the platform, the project manager joined. These calls were very detailed and would last about one and a half hours. They always came prepared with a list of questions and talking points. Then afterward, they’d follow up by email and attach an outline of the meeting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Inseev Interactive is very organized and were truly committed. As far as timing and cost go, they always met or exceeded expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. There’s nothing I would change and no one else I’d consider. I’d refer them to anyone I want to be successful.

Go to them with a clear request of what you’re looking for to achieve. Inseev Interactive will guide you through the rest of the entire process. I had never been part of a web development process before this, but that didn’t matter. I was never intimidated because they led me through the entire process from start to finish.
