We had a shortlisted of 5 companies. After interviewing INOXOFT, their knowledge, ethical values, track record and approach to our project was superior to any of the other shortlisted companies.

After the initial kickoff meeting, Use cases were discussed and agreed on. We used Jira and Slack for all communication and morning short meetings to discuss any issues that might derailed the project.

We have hired Inoxoft to implement our idea into being. Today, most people shop online and this process seems a bit trivial. Some of them never get a discount or a gift card. Thus, we wanted to make people earn points on some of their purchases, which they could turn into money rewards. Our cashback app supports cashback from more than 30 brand partners. It’s easy to find a retailer that sells what people are looking for.

We have received a valuable referral from one of our business partners about Inoxoft. The business partner was really satisfied with the mobile application their team has built for him and pointed out the team’s professionalism in communication and excellent development skills. So, we decided to try.

First of all, the team helped us specify our idea, which was fresh and raw before. Therefore, we are glad that we decided to start our cooperation with the Discovery Phase and recommend this service to others. Right now, we are in the middle of building an app that supports cashback options. The app should show cashback rewards ranging from about 1% to over 10%. For instance, $100 cash bonus after spending $1000, or $50 after spending $400.

Now, the team consists of a business analyst, a PM, developers, and a QA engineer.

The project is ongoing so it’s a bit early to share details. We are in the process of development. We receive demos every two weeks to ensure all the stakeholders are on the same page and the app is meeting all the requirements.

The team’s communication is great. Thanks to the project manager, I get informed about the progress of the project all the time and I get to be present at every demo. This works fine both for me and for my partners.

The company is great. The people are open-minded with lots of ideas and understanding of how the app should work. There’s always a better option they know and a piece of advice on what would work for the end-users best. They are interested in the product’s success like nobody else.

To get the best output, you should be prepared to share your project thoughts, ideas, lookalikes, and everything possible in detail. This is a pillar of a good start.

We are still in the process of product development. It is a bit early to speak about the full product, but as for now, the design and the logic of the application will be really attractive and user-friendly. The aim is to make the app interesting and give users all the means to learn the language as easily as it is possible. I believe we are close to that and heading in the right direction.

Inoxoft has an experienced project manager with a good sense of humor. We enjoy every demo with her describing the results and discussing all the work that has been done. The information we receive about the stage of the project is always useful, timely and it is a sign of professionalism. It’s great to know that there’s a person on the team with that level of skill.

Inoxoft has never made a decision without consulting us first. Thus, they respect us and our goals. Also, we are a lot on the same page when it comes to discussing how the application should look like and what it has to fulfill.
