We started working on applications, but we’ve since shifted into cloud services. They normally work with Java for Android, Python for web, ASP.NET, and WPS. Our first project was an Android application for stock taking, which we later implanted into our site.
We then moved to an asset tracking application and, after that, to another web app that creates profiles for customers and asset management. Currently, we’re building an IoT control system that handle’s a factory’s RFID system. It records and manipulates their data so it can be utilized by their ERP solution.
What is the team composition?
I work with one designer, 4–5 developers, a QA resource, and a project manager. If it’s a big project, I'll go through the specs with their CEO before going deeper with the software people.

I found them online when I needed to build a small Android application. I’d been working with a few companies in Ukraine and Russia, but I wanted to find a different outsourced team. INOXOFT turned out to be better than my other partners, so I continued working with them.

At the beginning of our current project, they weren’t familiar with RFID technology. One of the Android developers visited me in Israel to learn about the hardware, but we were still skeptical they could handle the project. However, they delivered the project two and a half years ago and it’s still running great. Whenever they work with us, it’s like their working on their own project; they’re a true partner.

They didn’t handle project management until two years ago when they assigned a project manager. Since then, they’ve worked with a good deal of order. We work in sprints and use either Jira or Assembla, depending on the project. These tools make everything much clearer than it used to be; I know exactly how many hours I spend on each scope I give them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They deliver what they promise, and I can’t say that about other companies I’ve worked with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They ought to approve specific schedules. They might tell you something will be done in two weeks to satisfy you, but it’ll take three weeks. However, they work like crazy and at night to deliver. It might take them time to start a project, but after they’ve started, they run fast.

We are an Israeli startup working on motion recognition technology. We use machine- and deep-learning components to analyze people’s speech and detect what emotions they feel during a particular period. Our products, solutions, and services are based on this idea. I led our Ukrainian office for a time, and am currently a senior manager of the organization.

We work with them to develop products and services based on our main idea and technology. We’ve developed machine- and deep-learning technology, and needed to develop internal tools and external solutions.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT has developed our cloud solution using Microsoft Azure and ASP.NET, and frontend using AngularJS. They also developed Android and iOS applications for different products and services we offer.
We needed to make our machine learning component more efficient. We needed a tool that would allow us to feed different types of data to the machine learning engine, making it more accurate and faster.
We had a team that analyzed voice recordings and determined which emotions were being experienced at different times. INOXOFT has developed an internal software tool that allows us to upload voice recordings and track the emotions displayed in them. Our own employees use the tool. It was developed as a cloud solution with an Azure backend.
We needed to promote our offerings during an event, and had the idea of creating an Android application. The app tracks phone conversations, calculates trends, and provides statistics such as how happy the user was during a call.
They've also developed an Android and iOS cloud application for hospitals. Prior to attending an appointment, patients can log into the application and answer some questions through text and voice recording. Based on that, we can give doctors predictions and analyses about what was happening with the patient.
What is the team composition?
We started by using a couple of resources from their team. We use them as needed. In total, we’ve used 10–12 developers, QA testers, and managers from their team.
I work directly with one or two managers from INOXOFT, depending on how much ongoing work we have. They led the teams from their side.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
One of our Ukrainian employees recommended the team after we asked for referrals. I got in touch with INOXOFT and discussed what they were offering. I decided to have a trial, using one or two developers from their team to create a small portion of an internal tool. I was very happy with their quality, delivery, and communication, so we started to expand the team and do more things.
I evaluated 10–12 different vendors in total, evaluating their teams and costs. I had multiple interviews, and INOXOFT gave us a very good cost/value proposal.

The communication is quite clear, and the managers I’ve worked with are responsive. I can communicate with someone whenever I need something urgently need or want a report.
I've visited them on a couple of occasions to ensure that we're in sync regarding our roadmap. This has worked very well.
Their managers do a good job and go the extra mile. I didn't expect them to work on the product itself as much, and provide some level of business analysis. They give us feedback and ideas for improving the product. They've persuaded me to choose a different approach on a couple of occasions. They don't just do what I say, but also bring their ideas to the table.
We haven’t had significant delays. We've deviated from the roadmap a little, but they work hard to deliver.

Their management, responsiveness, communication, commitment, and work quality are all very good. They work hard to ensure that we meet our deadlines.

The company had a Microsoft Access database which we incorporated into a modern application. For the first phase of the project, we modified the existing system to get it up and running on a stable platform.
For the second version, we used Microsoft Azure to create a new framework for an online app that made the system compatible with mobile devices and enabled remote usage. What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
We wanted to design the customer-facing portion of an electronic instrument. We have in-house software developers; however, they do not specialize in user-interface design.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT designed a UI with inVision to match the look and feel of the electronic instrument that we made. From start to finish, they delivered the UI within a few weeks. They created wireframe mockups, responded to feedback and designed a final interface.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three guys. Bohdan Pavlyshenko was the main guy we worked with and he was the Chief Delivery Officer. We also worked with Liubomyr [Pohreliuk], the CEO, and a graphic designer.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
I looked up UI developers on Google and came across their reviews on Clutch.co.
How much have you invested with them?
This project was $2,300. The development of the interface will be a further eight or nine thousand dollars.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first contacted them in September of this year and started working with them the next month. They completed the user interface four weeks ago.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t presented the design to the public yet. However, the people we have shown it to really liked it. It is slick and matches the elegant design of the instrument.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication with INOXOFT was always open and I never felt like I was out of the loop. They presented their daily progress with an online collaboration portal. We could comment on different areas of the design and they would respond to our suggestions quickly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
For the price I was charged, the product was of good quality and the level of professionalism was impressive.

I'm the founder of a company in Sweden. We have about five employees. We work in the marketing of residential projects, mostly in 3D animation and 3D configurations on the web.

We don't have web competence in our company. We needed somebody to help us create new web programming projects for our clients.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
INOXOFT developed several different templates and new functionalities for us in WordPress. For example, users that visit our website can view a multi-family house or select a singular apartment and will receive all of the information of that apartment.
What is the team dynamic?
I primarily worked with Liubomyr [CEO, INOXOFT]. There was also one developer and one project manager.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
This is our second project with INOXOFT. Their expertise in web development was the key factor which is why I wanted to work with them again.

The project lasted one month.

We haven't launched the website yet. So far, it's good, although it's hard to say if it's better than our last website.

It was really good. There were no problems. We are happy with their work. We communicated via email and phone. They used GitHub for the code and for handling different versions.

It was important that we got things we wanted. They were very good at following their timelines. There were no problems throughout the process. We are very happy to work with them again.

I am the founder and CEO of Chirpi, which is a mobile application. Chirpi aggregates all of a user's contact information, including their social media network and user names into a QR code generated for each user. With the app, a person can scan another person’s QR code and receive all their contact information.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?
The application was already built for iOS devices, but I needed it developed for Android as well.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Since I am based in Canada, the first time I was developing the app, I wanted to be able to meet with the team and supervise the design more closely. For this reason, I had worked with a different firm to develop the application for iOS devices. INOXOFT then came on board to develop it for Android. Along with developing the app for Android, they also helped with some of the design, and built the Alpha channel logo, as I didn’t have this before.
I gave them three milestones that I required. For the first milestone, I wanted the first APK of the app and some screenshots. For the second milestone, they were to integrate the app with the cloud of Chirpi and Amazon web services. For the third milestone, I will need them to check for any bugs one-month post launch. INOXOFT has been very helpful and is always responsive.

I was only in communication with Maksym [Co-Founder, INOXOFT], from the team.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
I found INOXOFT via UpWork, and I liked their portfolio. Their cover letter showcased that they had some experience in translating iOS apps to Android apps.
How much have you invested in them?
I had spent $2,800 with INOXOFT.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with INOXOFT in July 2017, and the project was completed in August 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app just launched two days ago on the Google Play store, and I am unable to give statistics on INOXOFT’s work just yet; however, from a customer’s point of view, working with them was really amazing.
How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?
If I had a crash or a bug, or if I needed there to be a design change, or if I didn’t like the way a notification appeared, I would just email them, and the team would take care of it within a couple of hours. I would then get a new update with the change.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness and helpfulness make them impressive, and they were really amazing to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is always room for improvement. Other companies I had looked at, were looking at a 3-month time frame to complete the project. Even timewise, INOXOFT was the best company I found. I have had no complaints from approximately 200+ users.

We needed to create a mobile application for our clients that contains the complete information about their medical insurance, including their conditions, exceptions, phone numbers, contacts, etc.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were creating a mobile application with static and dynamic data. One of the features we wanted was the ability for the app to take information from our database on our server. Another interesting feature of the app is the user registration capability. With this feature, users can input their phone number and receive an SMS code that is then typed into the app.
I negotiated primarily with INOXOFT's general manager. He then gave us a contact person who was our one-window for all questions.
How did you come to work with INOXOFT?
We had a very low budget. For this reason, INOXOFT was one of the few companies that agreed to be our provider.
How much have you invested with INOXOFT?
The project lasted about 5-6 months and cost us about $8,000-$9,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The timeline was very critical for us. We were very detailed and strict about the timeline so I was surprised that all stages were done in time without any delay. During the last stage, we made a lot of changes to the app so we had to change the timeline, but that was for our reasons.

Not yet because we just launched the project in August of this year (2017).
