I’m the founder and CEO of CleanSpace AI, an AI-assisted phone cleanup application that helps save storage space by deleting junk photos, contacts, and reducing photo size.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire iNoid Solutions to accomplish for your company?

I hired iNoid Solutions to create my application from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iNoid Solutions developed my app using Flutter. They created a basic UI to scan and preview gallery images and display the scanned results in a grouped layout. The team also collected and prepared a training dataset of greeting/quote-style images and trained a custom image classification model using MobileNet. iNoid Solutions exported and optimized the model in TensorFlow Lite format for mobile and integrated it into the Flutter app for offline use. The team also showed images predicted as greetings/quotes and allowed users to preview the results for manual verification. Based on the initial app testing, iNoid Solutions refined the dataset and retrained the model for better accuracy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iNoid Solutions delivered a working app and AI model with an 85% accuracy rate and 1,000 monthly users.

How did iNoid Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

iNoid Solutions delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iNoid Solutions was available around the clock and even helped with the scope that was outside the agreement.

Worked with iNoid Solutions for about a year. Early work was acceptable, but later invoices rose sharply while quality and delivery times fell. I was billed for large blocks of “troubleshooting” with no supporting reports. When I rejected work because it failed to meet requirements, they billed me for the rework. They repeatedly failed to follow instructions and charged for rejected fixes.
After I terminated the contract, my new tech team discovered that the year of paid work is missing from my Azure repo. iNoid maintained a private codebase (including downloading my codebase) and continued development there throughout our engagement. They are refusing to hand over the source code. The source code and IP belong to me under our signed contract and the invoices I paid. I paid several thousand pounds for this work. I do not recommend iNoid Solutions.

The breeched my contract, and have refused to give me the work I have paid for.

What challenge were you trying to address with iNoid Solutions?

We needed help with feature development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We did the initial build of the platform ourselves and hired iNoid to add ongoing additional features. Whenever we have modifications requested by our clients, iNoid does the frontend build, implements infrastructure changes, and conducts testing. They work in PHP, MySQL, and HTML. Initially, we had a developer in-house that reviewed their work but it’s not really necessary any more.

What is the team composition?

We work with one junior developer and one senior developer.

How did you come to work with iNoid Solutions?

Initially, we engaged four different companies on the same task as a test. iNoid did the best job. The quality of their code was much cleaner, the deliverables were on time, and the testing was more thorough. They also gave their individual input and asked more questions than the other vendors.

How much have you invested with them?

On average, we spend $4,000–$5,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2008, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their work is progressively better since the team understands our product a bit better. There are much fewer bugs than when we first started working together.

How did iNoid Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is an eight out of 10. They always deliver, but sometimes they space out on the instructions. It’s been good, overall. We use Asana and Google Sheets for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re up front about things they’re not aware of. They’re great at proposing alternate outputs for the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their documentation of code-reviews.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The projects that we work with them on have been web based. My advice is to have the junior developers who’ll be working on your project in your meetings as well. Make sure they’re familiar with the open-sourced libraries you use before you start the work.

Perhaps acquire their own project management platform and onboard projects with a more digitized process. But each client may have their own preference so I understand.

I made several interview and gave 1 month notice period to stop the development or keep going

It's not just a shopping app very easy to develop. Inoid was able to finish my project when many developer gave up before.

Only Inoid solution, they managed my app, my website, my storage, everything. I don't plan to change anytime soon.

We just finished the project but I am very satisfied with the result. We have 2050 people on our website and it's rising fast.

There is one project manager named Himanshu, he is himself developer. He understands my requirement quickly and he is able to fix anything when it's needed.
