I am a Senior Research Associate at a Research and Strategy Consulting Firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire Innerplum Consulting?

Product development research for a new App. We needed help in gathering data on how users of an app respond to certain features. The data had to be collected on site at the client's office.

We needed to complete 25 observational studies as part of the research effort.
