The scope of work covered the full MVP lifecycle, including product definition, UI/UX design, technical development, and initial deployment readiness.

Key deliverables included:

• Product scoping and functional definition of the MVP based on initial business requirements
• UX/UI design for core user flows, including onboarding, user profiles, discovery, and basic interaction features
• Development of the mobile application MVP (iOS and Android) with core functionalities implemented
• Backend development to support user accounts, data storage, and core platform logic

Communication was 10/10. I could reach their project manager over phone or email (I preferred email). The project deadlines were closely followed and I didn't have to worry about any delays.
