They identified the workloads to be offloaded to the AWS cloud and defined other solutions for un-migratable workloads.
They managed the technology components of the facility move, including the migration of key infrastructure.

Overall skillset How many teammates from Infracore were assigned to this project? 2-5 Employees Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. InfraCore was brought onboard to help us centralize storage on SharePoint and create a company Intranet for all departments. This included creating the architecture of SharePoint, designing the sites, working with stakeholders, migrating their data from Egnyte, setting governance, and documenting everything for end users and IT, along with training everyone. InfraCore also helped assessing our environment and doing the necessary security remediation's to ensure we are compliant and up to industry standard.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? Our security score is up exponentially since the security remediation project has started. We have migrated all G&A functions to SharePoint and most of R&D. Only lab data is still in the air. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? yes any delays were usually from our side based on decision making and stakeholder involvement. What was your primary form of communication with Infracore?
