We worked with Indigo on a high-impact video to serve as the opening moment for our flagship Dataiku Everyday AI Conference live in NYC (as well as streamed globally to thousands of people tuning in online). It will also be used for the rest of our Everyday AI events throughout the year around the world. The video played before the day's sessions begin, settling the audience, building excitement, and setting the tone for the event. 

We asked the team at Indigo to:

• Create a visually stunning and emotionally resonant narrative (ideally using Generative AI).
• Establish a sense of urgency and importance, positioning the conference as the essential event for achieving AI success.
• Leave the audience energized, focused, and ready for the day’s sessions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success for us was having our executive team, who was on site for the conference, be impressed by and excited about the video.

The Indigo team reassured me the entire project about deadlines and deliverables. They confirmed multiple times the exact date by which the project needed to be delivered, and when they needed more time, they asked for it early and we mutually agreed on reasonable deadlines. Overall, during the project, I had no doubts that the team would come through for me

The team at Indigo was invested. They understood the assignment and were excited about the vision and were all in to execute against that vision — even when it turned out to be more complex in execution than we imagined. They also actually sent 4-5 people on site to the conference to watch the video play on the enormous screen, which was really nice and exciting. I love that they were so happy with the results and invested in my success that they came to see it live and see the audience's reaction to it.

 I would not hesitate to work with them in the future or to recommend them to anyone looking for not just a vendor, but a partner in video creation!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Indigo Productions could have done differently?

I wish we would have had more time and potentially been able to see a v1 of the video earlier so that our timeline for feedback on that v1 was no so compressed. But we had a hard deadline, so that was not possible and comes with the territory!

The largest and most challenging is our annual webinar that describes event firm wide activity and provides a review of various investments. We needed a production company to film, edit, and produce 3 short videos that would serve as introductions for 3 portfolio CEOs presenting at our Annual General Meeting. These were intended to be funny/satirical videos to offset our CEOs' serious, financial presentations in a more lighthearted way. As it is an election year, we decided to go with the theme of political campaign videos. 

We already had the videos scripted and were essentially looking for a company to execute on our vision within a relatively short time period. Indigo came on board and worked to improve the original idea, and executed well.

Indigo delivered the three videos well ahead of our meeting. They improved upon our original scripts, working with us to produce work that hit our goal within our budget/time constraints and amongst very tough scheduling conflicts.

The team was incredibly responsive; as stated, we had many scheduling conflicts and they worked with us to turn what was supposed to be a single shoot day into three production days - all while working with our budget.

I was asked to develop a video version of an existing class I deliver for IT and other business/technical professionals. The class has over 15 hours of content, including exercises, videos, and PowerPoint slides. I used Indigo to produce, direct, and edit the videos, as well as creating an effective closed captioning for the video content.

The video work was superb. The end product was better than I had hoped, and the reception from my clients has been extremely positive. They comment about how professional the videos look, how it flows so well, and how easy it is to watch and follow.

Indigo was tasked with helping to create a series of videos addressing the REALTOR Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. These videos would be used as a training too and reminder for our members of the scope of their profession. We created scripts, Indigo fine-tuned and helped the writing process, scouted out locations, actors and filmed all 11 in just over a week.

The videos delivered exceeded expectations. The production value was great, the actors were impressive and the scripts were on point. It was a great project through and through.

The only measurable we have is the approval of our members which came as an overwhelming success. Over 40 members have said to me personally how much they love the videos, how professional they are and hit home some key situations and points of the REALTOR Code of Ethics.

We wanted to create a preshow video for our 2023 NYU School of Professional Studies Graduation ceremonies that would entertain the crowd, share some emotion, and recognize our outstanding graduating student leaders. We had a rough idea of what we wanted from the video but needed guidance.

Max and the team was helpful in storyboarding and scripting the video in addition to developing a creative set of interview questions that we would use with 13 people! After a terrific shoot day, the team pulled the best content into an energetic and emotional 16 minute video.
