There were times when Indigo was waiting on our internal teams to finalize hardware components, and vice versa. For such integrated, complex products, we both could have planned more realistic timelines accounting for these inevitable dependencies. This is something we've learned for future projects together.

As a global e-commerce company we have surges in traffic that we need to handle. A big part of our initial scope for Indigo Labs was to be able to scale our platform to handle 5x the traffic of our current setup. In this initial scope was also a switch from a costly authentication provider to a implementation built around best practices in the .NET space. Indigo Labs has delivered above and beyond on these key points, spreading knowledge and driving initiatives.

We hired Indigo labs to help us develop an application that was built in Bubble but required custom backend for integrations with other vendors. They developed the whole backend and APIs and helped us with setting up Bubble workflows and connecting to payment processor.

Indigo labs team delivered the backend on time & we were able to publish v2.0 of the app in agreed timeframe. Apart from rewriting the backend and making it much more maintainable, they also made sure to transfer all the existing data from v1.0 & make the transition seamless for the end users - all they had to do was login back into the system.

They were timely and kept us well-informed about the progress. Before the start of the project we prepared a timeline with a couple of deadlines and they made sure to deliver everything on time. There were some change requests and additional items during the project and they didn't hesitate to implement those as well.

The core of their team consists of senior architects that always make sure to do the groundwork to the best of their abilities. By doing the hard stuff early on in the project, things run much smoother during the development/deployment. I think that is what sets them apart to some other companies I've worked with. Plus they have a lot of wizards in their team who just make sure they always have the right answers when it comes to challenges.

At times I wished they engaged more during the development process and kept us updated daily, which wasn't always the case. But the end result was still the same - they (over)delivered in the end.

• Cost variance to compares the planned budget with the actual expenditure for the team's work. It helps determine if they are managing their resources efficiently and staying within the allocated budget. 
• Defect density to measure the number of defects or bugs found in the deliverables per unit of code. 
• Customer satisfaction and feedback from stakeholders and end-users - assessing customer satisfaction. Communication and collaboration with the team.

The final outcome is an MVP of a sustainability reporting application. The goals and objectives have been achieved and surpassed. The application is in the testing phase. At the moment, it has cut down the time needed to create a double materiality analysis by roughly 70%.

We’ve received positive and negative feedback. Indigo Labs d.o.o. has addressed the negative feedback and remedied bugs ASAP.
