I'm the vice president of market development for Tecma, a Mexican shelter service organization formed in 1986. We specialize in helping companies interested in setting up manufacturing in Mexico.

What challenge were you trying to address with INCORE Digital Agency?

During the last recession, we made a decision to increase our market research and establish our online presence so we could better position ourselves once the economy turned around. We were looking for a developer to build our website and provide digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INCORE designed and developed our website from scratch on WordPress with little input or information about system requirements from our end. They continue to maintain the site and provide digital marketing services, including Google ad campaigns.

We work directly with Tomasz (CEO, INCORE Digital Agency), who oversees a couple developers on our project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2007 and the website went live within about eight months. They continue to provide web maintenance and digital marketing services for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

About 70% of our business success comes from the exposure we've gained through the website INCORE built. Thanks to their efforts, targeted clients are successfully finding us online and reaching out to us. Our business has continued to grow at rates that wouldn't be possible without their help.

I’m the marketing manager at Distek, Inc. We manufacture laboratory testing instruments for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.

What challenge were you trying to address with INCORE Digital Agency?

Our old site was just that, old. It was not mobile friendly nor did it have a true e-commerce store, so we wanted to build a completely new platform. It was important that the finished site was current and interesting, user-friendly and easy to navigate without looking like a “template”.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INCORE Digital Agency was present in every stage of the project, from early development and design to implementation. We had a lot of special requests, but they tackled them without any signs of frustration. As a global company, we needed multi-level security features. They had to implement different rules according to the user’s location because different regions had different restrictions. They also integrated a customer center that gives our customers access documentation, product brochures, and operation manuals. More features will be added to the customer center in phase two. The WooCommerce plugin was installed on the site for safe and easy online purchasing. Now that the site has launched, their current focus is on-site maintenance and content management.

In addition to working closely with our assigned project manager, we frequently interacted with their CEO.

We were in the middle of interviewing web developers we found online when their CEO pitched their services to our company’s president during a local business meeting. We were very impressed by their past work and testimonial from former clients, so we decided to work with them.

We spent more than $50,000 for the new website.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started interviewing prospective partners in October 2016 and made the decision to work with INCORE Digital Agency shortly after. Due to delays on our end, we didn’t launch the initial product until March 2018. In addition to maintenance, they’re preparing to commence the second phase of the project soon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our first website was boring, stagnant, and unappealing. INCORE Digital Agency brought our brand into the 21st century with their gorgeous web design and interactive features. Listing our pricing has attracted a ton of domestic buyers, while the customer center is a favorite feature for international distributors. In the past five months, the e-commerce platform has generated tons of sales. We’re delighted with the amazing results their work has brought us.

How did INCORE Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Our company is admittedly difficult to work with; we have a lot of demands and we tend to micromanage. Their team prioritizes customer satisfaction, so they handled our challenging work environment extremely well. Their interaction with our team was frequent, transparent, and thorough. They paid attention to our needs and made adjustments along the way to accommodate our revolving schedules. Whenever we got distracted, they followed up with us to reel us back in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team can adapt to any situation thrown their way. They predicted a five-month timeline, but constant delays on our end pushed the project’s length to a year. Despite the inconsistency, INCORE Digital Agency remained focused and worked hard to keep our team on task. The work they provided for us was beyond the agreed scope of work, but they were kind and understanding enough to only charge us for their original quoted price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing negative to note about our experience with INCORE Digital Agency. We made a few mishaps on our end, but they always came in to help us recover.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Preparation yields the best results. Have a fully-developed concept before starting the project to avoid miscommunication and unnecessary delays.

What challenge were you trying to address with INCORE Digital Agency?

We wanted to redesign our website because it was outdated.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

INCORE Digital Agency completely redesigned our company’s website. The team designed templates for all of the web pages and created the backend systems to support the platform. The new website features a better UX/UI design and a more engaging interface. In addition, they provided search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) services to increase our digital visibility. I gave them ideas for keywords to target and we collaborated to determine which ones would generate the most leads.

Currently, were on retainer with INCORE Digital Agency. They continue to maintain our website, manage SEO and SEM campaigns, develop new content, and make any necessary bug fixes or design improvements.

We worked mainly with the CEO and a team of three or four other representatives.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

INCORE Digital Agency significantly improved our SEO rankings. So far, our website’s traffic rates have almost tripled, which has led to more leads.

How did INCORE Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I have no complaints about their team’s project management skills. We mainly communicate through email and phone call and we use a management tool to track tasks and see what still needs to be done. I appreciate their availability and responsiveness.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I am impressed by their level of focus and commitment. The team proactively tries to provide the best solutions. It is clear that they are invested in my company’s success.

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend clients give them extensive instructions for the project. It’s beneficial to clearly lay expectations our early, rather than having their team figure things out on their own.
