Inbox Army was very responsive whenever I had questions. And because I came on board halfway through the project, I had a lot of questions! Not all deliverables were on time.I think they tend to give the "best possible outcome" date and when things hit snags they end up delayed but all critical dates where met.

How truly easy they were to work with and how collaborative they where. It was like having my own in-house team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Inbox Army, LLC could have done differently?
As mentioned. Due dates...it's ok to pad them a little. Better to get them done early than have to ask for more time. Being more proactive with communication. Sometimes I had to ask for updates and usually agencies are a little more self-directed with that.
