We hired on Inbox Army to help streamline our EDM campaigns as well as freshen up our lists and help with marketing strategies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After much research we decided that Inbox Army offered the most bang for our buck. The team was very responsive to our ideas and also were able to provide some great insight during the in terview process.

The first step was to familiarize Inbox Army with all our brand. After this initial step was taken, we provided them with the info to our MailJet account. From here they cleaned up all of our lists and began to send out soft campaigns to help ease into the use of Klaviyo instead. Once this was completed Inbox Army began to utilize Klaviyo as our primary service and to send out EDMs. We work closely together to ensure that all material is approved before sending out.

Our main point of contact has been Adi, he is such a joy to work with and is incredibly knowledgable. He has been able to answer all of our questions with ease, and has helped us to grown our sales through well thought out email campaigns.

All of our EDM's now have a consistency that they did not before.

On a monthly basis, two email campaign are conceptualized, designed, edited, and distributed to our email distribution lists. We have a strategy call about every two months or so in order to see what areas to improve.

Increased sales and distribution comes from most email marketing campaigns we do on a monthly basis. Inbox Army has also made certain suggestions about content and client segmentation of our e-blasts in order to make sure each blast is serving the optimal customer group.

Communication and implementation is effective via email and phone.

We needed e-blasts, they are able to tailor the project budget to accommodate this on a monthly basis.
