On a monthly basis, two email campaign are conceptualized, designed, edited, and distributed to our email distribution lists. We have a strategy call about every two months or so in order to see what areas to improve.

Increased sales and distribution comes from most email marketing campaigns we do on a monthly basis. Inbox Army has also made certain suggestions about content and client segmentation of our e-blasts in order to make sure each blast is serving the optimal customer group.

Communication and implementation is effective via email and phone.

We needed e-blasts, they are able to tailor the project budget to accommodate this on a monthly basis.

Since working together, we've definitely improved our email marketing strategy and delivery, as well as found some overall traffic increases due to the content marketing. Our metrics are above average for emails and we hope to continue improving on them.

We simply use email and periodic meetings to coordinate.

I was impressed with the technical expertise and troubleshooting that Inbox Army did to ensure that we could integrate our current CRM with Mailchimp.
