Introduce your business and what you do there

I’m the general manager of a sports school based in Argentina.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with CodevHub?

We needed help with website development and social media marketing. The first thing we wanted was to get to know our competitors better and create a better strategy; based on that, they completed a questionnaire that we filled, and from then on, they proposed.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CodevHub created the website from scratch using WordPress and is in charge of our social media management, including Facebook and Instagram.

What was the team composition?

We’ve worked with three people, including their CEO, a developer, and a community manager. 

How did you come to work with CodevHub?

We saw one of their advertisements on social media, so I sent a message to ask about their services. They replied right away, and after having the first meeting, the project started moving forward. 

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about 20,000 Argentine pesos (approximately $160 USD) with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we started working with them, we had about 1,800 users on Facebook. Currently, we have 10,000. Also, we didn’t have any reviews, and now we have 95 comments from our students. In addition, on Instagram, we have less than 1,000 followers, and currently, we have about 6,000. Furthermore, our website is driving most of our sales now. 

How did CodevHub perform from a project management standpoint?

They are always very flexible and adapt to our needs and availability. Regarding communication, we have monthly meetings depending on our requirements, plus we’re in constant contact via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their openness to attend to our requests has been outstanding. Overall, the services we had in the past in web development don’t compare to theirs; the website they developed is superior and works perfectly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Be open to learning; they will provide great insight and advice, so take advantage of that.
