Their work has included website design updates, UX improvements, CRO strategies, and ongoing performance tracking. They have also provided creative assets and campaign strategies to support our growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen improvements across several key marketing areas. Our website traffic has increased, lead quality has improved, and conversion rates on our services pages have risen thanks to UX and CRO optimisations. Our brand visibility has also grown in Google and ChatGPT through their GEO strategies, and marketing campaigns now deliver more consistent, trackable results, helping us grow the business.

We’re super happy with Impacto’s project management. They deliver everything on time and keep us in the loop throughout the process with well-designed monthly reports showing what’s been done and what’s planned next. They’re always available for calls, something we struggled with at previous agencies, and respond to questions and requests quickly. They also adjust their approach whenever priorities change. Their communication and structured reporting make it easy for us to track progress and it makes us feel confident that the project is on schedule and aligned with our goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive about Impacto is that they go beyond what we expect. They don’t just deliver Google Ads/SEO results, they actively help implement other strategies to grow our business. For example, they helped us set up a CRM system and even created a full follow-up flow for our sales team. They are proactive and creative, and always willing to support us beyond the brief.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Impacto could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Impacto has been excellent. If we were to suggest any areas for improvement, it would be providing more guidance on prioritising initiatives when multiple campaigns are running at once.

The project was to create an e-commerce platform within my website which run's on Wix. They were to load inital products, including gift vouchers, and set up the process in order for me to fulfill orders. I also asked for a 'How-to' guide so that I can run the platform ongoing.

All products loaded on the website, with the ability for people to purchase online. Also to have SEO backing up the products to help increase reach.

Caleb from The Digital Guys was fantastic to work with. He responded very quickly to my requests or questions. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked, including contacting Wix to get me on the right platform for e-commerce. 

He provided options for me to choose from and explained how best to manage the platform. 

He delivered the project on time and within budget, and I am very happy with the results.

Impacto has created new landing pages for our Google Ads campaigns. The team has also reworked the keywords on our website to increase our SEO ranking. Impacto is actively managing our Google Ads campaigns and adjusting them based on performance. Impacto has handled the design and content creation for the landing pages.

We started working with Impacto in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve started receiving a significant increase in the number of calls we receive, around 300%. We’ve also seen major improvements in our website traffic and ad performance. Our website clicks have gone from around 100 clicks a month to 1,500. Our cost per lead has gone down, and our conversion rate has gone up. Overall, we’ve seen an increase in website traffic and phone calls. We got almost 200 phone calls last month, going from almost 0 several months ago.

Impacto’s project management is fantastic. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

Impacto is very responsive and detail-oriented when it comes to managing our campaigns.
