Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing director and senior event coordinator at Aactev8 International. We’re a nonprofit organization that does online schools all around the world centered around Christian-based education. It’s Jewish mysticism so it has an eclectic background.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Impactful Agency?

We brought them on to do book design covers, assist with our media intel, and handle our social media marketing. They were tasked to develop our platforms and overall digital presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our platform from scratch and built strong cybersecurity safeguards around it so it’d be hack-proof. Their team helped us put out our content, this included segmented editing and real-time content.

Impactful Agency built our website so each of our clients is able to log in and see the highlight so the content. Each content has a package for our different conferences. Clients can access this anytime they want to. We can always add or take away depending on what they want. Additionally, their team established our branding and marketing collateral.

Taylor (Founder & CEO) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Impactful Agency?

Taylor attended one of our conferences. He liked the speaker and asked if he could help us. Then, it grew from there.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $100,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started around June 2013.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Impactful Agency has done so much for our social media efforts to draw people to our platform. We’ve generated so much revenue. The book cover designs and graphic artwork have gone all over the world due to it because we were able to push it out.

We’ve generated $200,000–$1 million as of this year. It’s been remarkable to see how this has grown, and it’s still holding. The platform not only holds our content but also pulls in leads from our social media. It’s been a lifesaver and very impactful.

How did Impactful Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re timely and pay great attention to detail. Impactful Agency’s strategies for launching all of our projects have been spot on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re able to get into our heads and see exactly what we want. Impactful Agency knows our platform inside and out. Their visionary skills are very sharp. They execute details that are very key to us. We’re working on a 15-year plan of what the platform could look like.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I hope that Taylor brings on more team members. He tends to be an overachiever and needs additional help. He always meets deadlines but he can stretch himself too much at times.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give Impactful Agency everything you want. They’ll sort it all out and give you different ideas. Take your time to tell Taylor about your business. If you give him a little, he can only work with what you gave.

I own a coaching company that provides coaching and facilitation services to clients.

I needed to redo my website from WordPress as it was old and had been hacked and was hard to manage.

What were your goals for this project?

An aesthetic, simple and easy-to-manage website that would communicate what I did and create confidence for my potential clients.

I knew Taylor personally and reached out to him when I heard that this was work he did.

I love my new website. It's easy to navigate for anyone who visits it and easy for me to add blog posts and adjust copy/graphics on.

Perfect. They were easy to work with, responsive, and never made me feel that I was asking for too much.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Taylor's responsiveness coupled with his sense of design and really getting mine.

This was a small project and it was flawless.
