Be more clear about the technical work that takes place, and WHY the work is important to improving performance from an SEO perspective. A lot of brand owners do not understand the importance of SEO, or how all these technical changes make a difference in the short/long term, it would be good to get more explanation as to the changes made, why they are made/what effect they will have, and may even their place in the greater process for brands to understand better.
