After a series of acquisitions, the company needed to consolidate its brand from 5 companies to 1. As part of this effort, the company engaged imarc to design and develop a new corporate website that conveyed the new brand and migrated and consolidated content from 5 websites to 1.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One unified brand/corporate website and an increase in web traffic follow launch.

Project management had some ups and downs. We had some issues with timely project status updates and some issues with the organization/managing of such a massive project. We mutually agreed to push our go-live date one month from our original target date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The back-end of our website is the most customizable yet easy to use back-end I've ever seen and worked with. We were very impressed with the quality of design of the site. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Imarc could have done differently?

• Project Management - As mentioned before, we had some issues there with timeliness of status updates and not receiving updates when promised. I don't think they fully understood how massive this project was when they took us on; it seemed like they thought it was more of a lift and shift of content and simple 1:1 resdesign from one website to another rather than consolidating 5 websites to 1.
• Copywriting - We serve a niche industry so there is some grace for that, but we originally had scoped imarc to write some of our pages. They wrote a couple drafts but we ended up taking copywriting back anddoing it in house because of quality issues in the draft copy.

I’m the talent acquisition (TA) projects and analytics manager at ZOLL. We manufacture AEDs, ventilators, and other medical devices and software. I've been with the company for 8.5 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

Our company went from six to four divisions and needed help compressing our website so that our jobs and other items floated over to the four divisions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc helped us with our website. They previously worked on our website project. On this project, they helped us compress our website. Their participation was in the development and architecture of the website. We already had the design, so they didn’t have to do that. They made sure that things were flowing from a functional perspective.

We had 2–3 primary contact points, but I don’t know how many other teammates worked in the background.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

Imarc overhauled our website about two years ago, so we already knew them. When this project came up, I contacted them to help us. I found them to be fantastic; they were receptive and communicative. Imarc gave us an estimated timeline and team composition and let us know what to expect. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2024–January 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is working and doing what it’s supposed to do, and we haven't experienced any bugs. We were very happy with the results and with Imarc.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. The project manager worked with his team and communicated with us. The budget stayed on target. If anything came off target, they were willing to hear what it was and told us if it was something they could build in or out of scope. If the item was out of scope, they let us know if they could take it on. They were very open, accommodating, and helpful on this project.

We communicated via email, Microsoft Teams calls, and other ways. Although we didn't use any project management tools due to the small size of the project, we kept constant communication.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to Drew, my main point of contact, and Megan, who was also a point of contact. Overall, the whole team was great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to work with and accommodating. They were delightful to work with, made things easy for us, and let us know if something could happen or couldn’t happen. They were great about it. Our go-live day was on a Holiday, and they adjusted their day off to accommodate that, so we're very appreciative of their support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There weren't any areas of improvement from our side. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with them. They’re accommodating to meetings. They’re easy to work with, so they’re a great company to use.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We brought on Imarc to redesign several pages on our website. We wanted our pages to be more ICP-focused so that they would appeal more to our core audience demographic. In addition, we wanted our site to be more conversion-friendly and work well on both desktop and mobile. We also wanted a relatively simple and robust website that we could easily make changes to without having to redo any work.

Imarc has taken over as our full web development agency, and they handle everything from backend development to website redesign. They’ve created a new website for us from scratch using Craft CMS and are currently providing maintenance support.

What is the team composition?

We work with around five people from Imarc, including Matt and Linnea.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

A former co-worker found them. The number of agencies with experience with Craft CMS was quite low, but when we talked with Imarc, they seemed to have very good experience with it. Moreover, our previous agency continuously had trouble filling our time demands, and Imarc had the resources and expertise we needed. We also liked their portfolio.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $150,000–$170,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Imarc in November 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 5%–10% increase in people clicking through the site on the pages Imarc has redesigned. The quality of their work also meets our expectations.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve always stayed on budget. Some of their work has gone a little past the deadline, but the delays are usually caused by something popping up that needs to be taken care of. Overall, working with them has been a positive experience. We communicate using Slack and email.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to shout out to in this review?

Linnea is extremely responsive and attentive — she turns things around quickly and is a real expert in her craft. She also has great experience, and it’s been great working with her.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Imarc is very good at communicating.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful to understand the impact that new things will have on deadlines. For example, if an issue pops up and their team says it’ll take 10 hours to fix, they should let us know if other tasks might get delayed.

I’m a senior engineer for ASC Engineered Solutions. We manufacture industrial piping products that we sell through distributors.

We needed help with web and software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc has worked with us on our website and a web application called Seis Brace, which is a seismic calculator that helps people design seismic bracing for piping in their buildings. Back in the day, designers did a lot of hand calculations. Our software allows them to input all their information and do those calculations for them while adhering to the relevant codes and standards. The goal is to save the designers’ time and make their lives easier.

Additionally, Imarc provides ongoing maintenance. I also know they use JavaScript for development, but they probably use more than that. 

What is the team composition?

Bill (Web Developer) is our lead web engineer, and Lily (Senior Account Executive) is our project coordinator.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

It was probably a referral, but I’m not sure.

What is the status of this engagement?

The relationship with Imarc predates my work at the company. I started working in June 2020, so it’s a long-standing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s hard to provide any numbers, but I can say that we’ve had a lot of customers using the products. Many people are happy with them, and Imarc has helped us get new business because we have a tool to offer. Moreover, Imarc’s work is of high quality; it’s been really beneficial for the company.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

They have excellent project management; they’ve done a good job tracking their hours and giving estimates. The team has also been pretty efficient throughout our dealings with them. They ask good questions and get everything done with minimal involvement on our end, which we always appreciate.

We mainly communicate through emails and regular Google Meet calls.

I’m the CEO of the West Virginia Society of CPAs. We’re a membership association for CPAs and accounting professionals in West Virginia.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We hired Imarc to be our website service provider. For context, our website was established in 2010. It was becoming a bit dated, and we needed to update it. We wanted a more modern look and functionality for our website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc designed and provided support for our old website, so they were familiar with our needs. For one, we had a membership database where member information resided, and the website worked with that database. We didn’t want to change our database, so they made their platform — also used by other CPA societies — work with our database. 

For the website, we had a kickoff meeting to discuss the site’s design, what data we wanted to show on the frontend, and what data should be put in dropdown menus for members. After the planning stage, they designed the site’s frontend. 

At present, we continue working with Imarc; they maintain our website and database.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Victoria (Client Services Manager). We’ve also worked with 4–5 of their design teammates to go through the website's designs, colors, and fonts. 

How did you come to work with Imarc?

Patrick (COO & Partner) worked with my predecessor and our staff to build our first website in 2010, and we continued the engagement when I became CEO. Imarc worked with other CPA associations, so I checked out their work and talked to my fellow CEOs. We decided to upgrade to the new platform that they developed for other CPA societies. 

We also contacted other vendors, and they wanted to recreate the wheel and start from scratch. However, we couldn’t afford a six-figure number as a nonprofit. On top of that, we had no reason to switch to another provider since we were already extremely happy with Imarc’s services at that time.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $25,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started engaging with them in March 2011, and we have an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We now have a pretty and modern website, and our members are pleased with it. It’s easy to use, and users can find what they need — it has so much flexibility. With this upgrade, we can provide additional services to the users and keep them happy, which is important for membership associations. 

As a CPA who’s had a license for 35 years, I know what I’m looking for in a website, and the website from Imarc is genuinely sleek and usable. The team has brought us to the technology age, and everybody’s happy with it, including our board of directors and staff. 

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve stayed on time and budget even though we paused at one point. Victoria has recorded training sessions with us so newly hired staff members can watch and learn exactly what we’ve learned. That’s a great plus — I will retire soon, and my replacement must watch those training videos to understand the website’s functions better. Overall, the Imarc team has delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Victoria is great to work with and has done a phenomenal job. She’s highly knowledgeable — if we have questions or want to get new features, Victoria is there for us. We can’t ask for a better person to work with; Imarc has a jewel in her. 

I hope they have more teammates like Victoria. Every client needs a project manager like her — as long as we have someone like Victoria, we’ll be satisfied with every project. She’s been top-notch and played a major role in the success of our project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m happy with Imarc and have no complaints about their work. They know our website and database so well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ask who your project manager will be; I’d highly recommend choosing Victoria, but they have other managers, too. Moreover, be upfront and explain your staffing ability. If you’re a large group, you may be able to dedicate more teammates to the project. Tell Imarc your needs and wants, and they’ll do their best to fulfill them — you’ll be happy you’ve chosen to work with Imarc.

I work in content and digital services for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, a nonprofit performing arts organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We needed a partner to assist with website design and development. We made an internal decision to find a partner to ensure that we were keeping up with technologies and had the resources to use any technology. Our internal team was not big enough to do these things, so we brought a vendor in. 

We were initially working with another company, but they did not offer development services, so we decided to bring in Imarc because they could handle both design and development. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc has designed and developed our website and assisted with our Craft CMS. Their work has mainly involved technical optimization, including optimizing our backend architecture, query load times, and caching. In the two and a half years we’ve worked with them, they have upgraded our CMS and added new plug-ins. One of their responsibilities is keeping us up to date with the latest technologies. 
Imarc has also been working on the frontend and has optimized the site for a better UX. They help us update various pieces on the frontend of the site that we did not originally plan for. 

What is the team composition?

We usually work with about four people, but they bring in other individuals whenever needed. Typically, we work with an account manager and front- and backend developers. 

How did you come to work with Imarc?

We chose Imarc because they were experts in Craft CMS, the system we used for our redesigned site. We initially went to the company that created that CMS and one of their recommendations was Imarc. After evaluating a few different companies, we decided to move forward with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invest a little more than $4,000 a month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They have been a really great partner in helping us think actively about optimizing the site's UX, and at no point have we ever felt like we weren’t getting value out of our engagement.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

We are on a retainer, so we don’t have a regular time and materials agreement. However, they supply excellent project management and ensure we get the most out of the engagement. We’ve never found ourselves in a place where we have unused hours, which is a testament to them. If there is ever anything that doesn’t look quite right, they take care of it and help us make the right decisions regarding priorities. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’d like to shout out Lily (Senior Production Manager); she recently was rotated off of our team, but she was excellent. She always ensured that we were getting the best bang for our buck. We’d also like to shout out Linnea (Product Manager & Web Engineer); she is very proactive in her approach, which we really appreciate. The last person we’d like to shout out is Tim (Principal Frontend Engineer). He’s always one step ahead of what we’re going to ask for. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Imarc is open to our feedback and responds very well to it. We’ve been very impressed with their level of engagement and the unification of the project team. 

They have provided us with consistent staffing, so their team has been able to get to know our business well, which we know is not easy. We are a small client for them, but we always feel supported. If we ever have any questions, they take the time to think about it before responding.

There’s nothing that we can really come up with at this point.

There have been two scenarios where we’ve felt really successful with Imarc. The first is when we give them a specific list of what we need, and the second is when we’ve come to them with a very open-ended question. They respond with helpful options and have been a great partner.

I’m the senior VP for culture and communications at The New York Times.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

The primary goal was to improve the search functionality. Our previous website had a horrible and unreliable search function; users often couldn’t find content due to how it was tagged. We also needed help with user engagement and the site's overall experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc helped us completely overhaul our website. We had two sites, so the engagement included merging both into one location. Then, Imarc worked with us on the site's UI/UX. All in all, the project included content migration, platform configuration, and UI/UX design.

We broke the project into three phases. The first was discovery; we set up a launch meeting with our internal technology, design, and communications teams. Imarc included their engineering, design, and project management teams, and we sat down to outline everything we wanted. We discussed where we were and where we wanted to go; it was a full-day immersive experience for our teams to get to know each other and understand us so they could live up to our RFP and get granular with our scope of work.

On our end, we did many focus groups with senior leaders and talked to different business departments to understand what would make them feel the project was a success. We then used that data set to help Imarc understand holistically what we were looking for to make it a successful endeavor.

The team upgraded our existing platform, keeping the basic infrastructure and adding features and functionality. They leveraged assets in WordPress and used Figma for the design.

They created a simple interface that didn’t feel overpowering to the user, so we did a lot of nomenclature work with Imarc to land on a simple navigation. We also wanted a storytelling feature and a place to connect with people, so we sectioned the content into people, announcements, community stories, and teams. When users entered each one, the content was bucketed to guide them through the site.

Another key feature was the robust search. If a user entered a phrase, the intuitive search finished it.

What is the team composition?

We had around 4–5 teams with about 13 people in total, including project managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

I worked with Imarc at a previous company several years ago. We had a successful partnership launching our refreshed website, so I recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent under $250,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We officially kicked off the project in March 2022, and they completed it in November 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The adoption was quick. After we kicked off in November 2023, 99% of the company engaged with the new site within three months. We also went from a 76% bounce rate to below 30%. On average, users now spend upwards of 4–9 minutes on the site. Overall, our employees gave a lot of feedback about how easy it was to find things on the site.

Ultimately, we were happy with their work, and the results Imarc delivered speak for themselves.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was good, but it could’ve used extra work here and there. Like any project, we had bumps in the road and opportunities to reset expectations. However, it was a great collaboration. Imarc was open to feedback and great at pivoting.

In terms of budget, we underestimated the amount of work. Fortunately, we padded the estimation a bit, so we were able to manage the cost when there were changes.

Communication was good. We had Slack channels to constantly update the technology teams that worked regularly with each other. Additionally, we had weekly stand-up meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their biggest strength was their flexibility. Also, Imarc operated from a genuine place of integrity. They were transparent about their challenges and what they were up against so we could recalibrate the work.

Overall, they were thoughtful partners. They cared about delivering great work and having a positive and productive work relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The New York Times is very rigorous and detail-oriented, so we had high expectations. Imarc could’ve paid better attention to detail in some of the work. They also could bring more creative talent to their design team. They have good designers, but there’s an opportunity to hire more talented designers for that space.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should have a clear vision of what you want and your expectations to document as much of it as possible. Ongoing communication is also crucial to ensuring you get what you want from the partnership.

On the other hand, if you don’t have a clear idea of what you want, I think you should lean in and trust that Imarc’s expertise will work to your advantage. They’re experts in the space, and the team is collaborative and thoughtful. They do great work.

I’m a senior designer on the marketing team at Sana. We’re a health technology startup; we offer insurance for small businesses between 5–200 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We needed to replace our old development agency. We don’t have any developers, so we outsource that service.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have Imarc on retainer for website support. Initially, Imarc started by doing a website audit. They looked at our website and made some recommendations on optimization and ongoing support. They put together a statement of work, and we both agreed to it. From there, we kicked off the monthly retainer for 30 hours.

Last year, Imarc did a separate website redesign project. They took care of all the design, and we did the development. We’ve launched the site, and Imarc continues to support us with maintenance.

The website is a simple marketing site; we use it mainly as a lead tool. We use WordPress as the CMS, and the site is hosted on Pantheon. We also have a lot of external landing pages that we host in Marketo.

What is the team composition?

We have a main project manager, and another rotates during outages. We also have two developers on the team.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

They were a referral. When we were trying to find a new agency to work with, a big incentive was to find someone with experience working and designing with Marketo. At the time, it was a crucial point for us because we were spending a lot of time and money to get stuff done in Marketo. We wanted an agency that was well-versed in it and could help speed up those processes. Ultimately, it came down to 2–3 agencies, but Imarc’s quality of work was the best.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $200,000 between the retainer and the separate website project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our partnership with them in January 2022, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website’s navigation, functionality, and overall experience have improved. We’re not a metrics-based business, so it’s hard to track the impact of the website redesign. However, the site is definitely easier to use. The whole point of redoing the website was to make it more functional for the employees so they could go in the back and edit things without needing a development agency. All in all, many of our processes have improved thanks to Imarc’s help.

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve changed project managers a couple of times, but every project manager we’ve had has been great regarding communication and sticking to timelines. In fact, everyone we’ve worked with has done a good job of communicating the necessary changes or estimates.

For the most part, they deliver on time and budget. We’ve had edge cases with scope creep, which slightly increases the budget. However, nothing we haven’t agreed to. Overall, Imarc has been really accommodating and flexible with the hours or when there’s been a mix-up.

Our primary project management tool is Asana, and we mostly communicate via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with many developers throughout my career, but I’d never worked with anyone that could translate my designs in a live environment so accurately. The website is 95% close to my mock-ups. Imarc does a seamless job translating those things, and we really appreciate that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes they don’t quote us high enough for the hours, and they have to come back and ask for more. They could estimate the projects a bit tighter.

Make sure you’re being overly communicative with them about what you need, what you’re expecting as the outcome, and what the roadmap looks like.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We needed help to design and develop our company’s new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc has designed and developed our website from scratch using different programming languages, including JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Ruby. We initially showed Imarc the previous site we had, and Imarc has designed the new site based on our feedback. We’ve asked Imarc to update our website and make it compatible with different devices by simplifying its design and general UX. We can edit the site’s information using Craft CMS.

Our site has a lot of information about checking and savings accounts. Users can also find any deposit and loan products, including mortgages, credit cards, and secured loans. 

Additionally, Imarc manages our digital marketing strategy, including search engine marketing (SEM) on Google Ads and social media marketing (SMM) on Facebook and Instagram. Imarc also offers us SEO services and works on improving our site’s search ranking through keywords and backlinking. 

Imarc doesn’t host our website, but they’re in contact with our hosting service provider to update the site as needed. Imarc is also available to help and assist with troubleshooting.

Our main point of contact is Alex (Senior Project Manager), whose former title was project coordinator.

We conducted a bid between local digital organizations in Boston, and Imarc won the bid.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very happy with Imarc’s work. We monitor the site’s metrics through an analytics portal, and we’ve seen a general improvement in our site’s performance. Imarc has recently conducted an SEM campaign for our 19 locations, which means creating ads for 19 different Google Business Profiles. Thanks to that campaign, our local Google Business Profile’s impressions have increased from 10,000 to 17,000–18,000. 

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

Imarc’s project management is good — they’re knowledgeable in this field. Imarc listens to my requests, and whenever we’ve had issues, we've come to Imarc, who sets up a meeting in the next few days. Imarc is transparent and upfront about our budget. They're also responsive through email and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed by Imarc’s transparency about their services and our ad spend, which is uncommon in this industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Imarc to improve. They’ve been on task and on queue throughout our project.

I recommend being responsive to Imarc because you’ll work better this way. Imarc is so good at communication that you’ll have to put in an effort to respond back. Don’t be afraid to discuss any issue with Imarc — they’re professional and will listen to you.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imarc?

We needed web development services. We were founded in 2019 and had a basic WordPress site that wasn’t functional and didn’t reflect our brand. We sought out a web partner that could enhance our brand story, and also conduct user persona research on our audience, and then build a site based on that research.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imarc has helped us with several projects, including branding, UI/UX design, and website development. Imarc has recommended enhancing our branding and expanding our UI/UX design. 

With the branding strategy Imarc has created, we’ve updated our marketing materials, including conference materials, paper goods, and onboarding materials for new employees. Imarc has also researched our target audience, which is orthodontists, to help us understand more about their motivations. 

Imarc has used Figma for design and Adobe XD to share the site’s wireframes with us. Imarc has built our site on Craft CMS, trained us on this platform, and implemented it on the site. Imarc has also implemented HubSpot as a CRM tracking service. 

Moreover, Imarc offers us digital marketing services too and gives us monthly reports on our website’s performance. Imarc monitors our site’s SEO strategy and offers web maintenance. We plan to keep working with them on optimization projects for our website, including A/B testing and SEO strategy. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 7–8 teammates from Imarc. We’re primarily in contact with the project manager and interact with the rest of Imarc’s team. Imarc’s team also includes an art director, UX director, strategist specialist, and web developers.

How did you come to work with Imarc?

I had worked with Imarc at my previous company, and when I was looking for development partners, I contacted Imarc. I already knew their reputation and work.

We initially provided Imarc with an RFP and requested a proposal from them. On our RFP, we told Imarc about our company’s background, budget guidance, project goals, and possible roadblocks. Imarc conducted initial research about our company and recommended services based on their analysis. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $200,000 with Imarc.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Imarc in October 2021, and the official website launched in November 2021. We still continue to work with Imarc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Imarc has helped us in three key ways. First, they’ve been able to bring our company’s values to life with their branding expertise. Imarc’s branding has elevated our company’s look and feel, helped our company form better relationships with our audience, and closed better deals. 

Lastly, the website Imarc has developed now reflects our company better and is a true representation of who we are. The site allows us to do data captures and better operate our business as a whole. 

How did Imarc perform from a project management standpoint?

Imarc has delivered all the requested work on time and on budget. Imarc has met every deadline, and if there is a change to the project’s scope, they’ve been transparent about it. Imarc has given us a full explanation as to why there would be any delay. We worked with Imarc’s account manager for the whole project, and it was clear that they had a strong grasp of the work before they started. Imarc is in constant communication with us to ensure everything is completed on time. 

Imarc’s communication is excellent, and they respond quickly to my inquiries. If Imarc doesn’t have the information I need, they work diligently to find it. We used Miro to collaborate.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Imarc’s expertise. They have strong subject matter experts on their team who also can communicate clearly and effectively with people who aren’t experts in their area. — I find this to be extremely valuable. 

On top of that, Imarc’s communication is extremely strong. I always feel like they have our best interests in mind.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I believe it would be great if Imarc could expand their team and make it larger since they’re hindered by the amount of work they can take at a certain period of time. If they had a larger staff, they could take on more projects at the time and have shorter timelines. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have very clear goals and project scope when you approach Imarc since they rely heavily on the information you provide as a client. This will avoid budget surprises down the road. I also recommend trusting the process. When companies are personal with us is important to trust their opinion. Imarc has taken a step back and looked at our company with a complete view, they’re the experts in the field, and I trust they’ll get us to a place of success.
