For what projects/services did your company hire ImagePlus Ltd, and what were your goals?

We were a start up with an idea for an entertainment app and website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew the team a little and although we looked at some other businesses, we like the open and honest approach from Image +. They were also very competitive.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

It was a little fluid to start as it was just an idea we had, they delivered a Beta product and we tested it live. When we came back into the 2nd stage we had proper structure around the development.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 of the leadership team, 1 lead developer and then we accessed about another 5 specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered a very cost effective beta product to allow us to live test. Subsequently they delivered an hugely enhanced app and web platform for us. Our business is now starting to take off as a result.

Clear, practical, collaborative and agile.

They have great staff who work really well together as a team. Nick, Steve, Harry, on the tech side have been amazing. But most importantly they really got into what we were trying to do, they challenged us to get a better outcome.

Think they could have challenged us even more.
