I’m the founder and CEO of a company that provides CRM, data, and AI solutions to help clients achieve operational excellence and improved business outcomes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Illicium?

I wanted to build the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the services and products I was building.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Illicium provided a 360-degree sales and marketing deep dive, including a full audit of my current setup and competitor analysis to figure out exactly where I stood in the market. The team nailed my target market and messaging through multiple workshops to identify my ideal customer profile and build messaging that actually connects with my audience.

Illicium also built a goldmine database of the entire Australian NFP decision-makers list with direct contacts and phone numbers. The team conducted a digital growth audit to review my online presence and spot opportunities I could leverage to grow digitally. Illicium created my sales weapon by building a proper sales playbook and messaging framework to have a repeatable, scalable process.

The team tested, gathered data, and pivoted based on what worked in the real world. Illicium jumped in the trenches with me by attending meetings and crafting my sales discovery process with a questioning framework that gets results.
