I’m co-founder of a disruptive payment solution, a financial instant messenger like a bank in your pocket. A full-featured application that is designed to be simple to use for personal or business purposes.

They developed the store providing functionality for both the buyer and the seller. They did integration with a banking solution, providing the ability to use bank cards and fiat funds inside the application, and integration with the UnionPay payment system. And they implemented our most important idea it's the ability to pay for goods using cryptocurrency. They also made features like an internal auction using NFT tokens, a bot for performing currency exchange inside the application, a helpdesk system for user interaction with technical support.

They have their system down pat. Their project managers communicate well and relay any issues or concerns we have. They are extremely responsive. Everything we asked for was completed.

We're impressed with their customer focus, quality of work, and technical knowledge. We also appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for the client are their greatest strengths.

Ilink helped us to build a fast, transparent, and highly secure solution for sending payments overseas. Actual blockchain technology lets our clients process global payments in no time at substantially lower costs. We chose blockchain because it shortens the terms of money transfers and lowers their price, while raising the level of security of such transactions to a completely new level.

Their project management seems to be on the level. We explained what we wanted to see, discussed the terms. They offered to divide the work into sprints.They are very organized and communicate professionally. We felt freedom to make changes during the development process. We found some brilliant ideas and solutions when the development was in process already, but they still found the way to include it as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with their dedication and passion for this project. I have experience in working with some vendors before in the tech space, and I see that many just see the work as another task. The ILINK team felt like an extension of our team and put in the time and hours required to carry out tasks as and when necessary. I believe that their focus and commitment were vital to our project success.

At the moment, the main project is under closed beta testing and at the same time, we are developing our own private blockchain.

Over the past three months of development, 5 sprints have been successfully completed, thanks to which our project is now at the stage of closed beta testing.

The project management is really good. The team is open to new ideas and many of them appeared during the development process. Communication was established during the first weeks of collaboration. We use Zoom, Redmine, Telegram.

The main communication was through the project manager. But several times a month the entire project team gathered and discussed current and future work.

iLink delivers impressive deliverables within equally impressive turnaround times. Blockchain migration is a challenging task that requires expertise — iLink takes our project seriously, thus delivering our particular needs.

They are blockchain experts, while our team has good experience in AI development. There've been instances wherein we've had misunderstandings because of our different areas of strength, so we can benefit from explanations or processes on blockchain that are more digestible.

Development Phase. This the most intensive part of the process. The developers built the core functionalities, integrated APIs, and ensured all trading operations could be executed seamlessly.

The platform underwent rigorous testing, including load testing, penetration testing, and performance testing to ensure that it could handle high volumes of trades without any issues.

The platform is now in a review phase where selected users are testing it to provide final feedback.

2. Send and receive transactions: The wallet should enable users to send and receive cryptocurrencies to and from other wallets. The wallet should allow users to specify the amount and destination address for each transaction.
3. Transaction history: The wallet should maintain a record of all past transactions, including the transaction amount, time, and destination address. 
4. Wallet connect support: The wallet should make use of the wallet connect protocol to allow users to seamlessly interact with web3 platforms.

What we found most impressive about them was their ability to understand our specific needs and requirements for the platform. We had a few different vendors were were choosing between, and we found that many others just didn't click with us in the same way. They were able to take our vision for the platform and turn it into a fully functional product that exceeded our expectations.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work that they did for us. Although we had some hickups, as is to be expected, there were no areas that we felt they could significantly improve on.
