The goal of the project was to create a new company website that would showcase our product portfolio as well as provide educational and informational materials for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. We aimed to develop a modern, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly website that could also be easily edited and updated by our internal team in the future. A key priority was to ensure a clear, well-structured, and intuitive layout of content, making it easy for users to find relevant information. While the primary goal of the project was not tied to specific performance metrics, the successful delivery of a fully functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing website was a key indicator of success for us.

The new site performs smoothly, is easy to navigate, and meets our expectations in terms of design, responsiveness, and ease of content management.

In addition, we implemented tools to monitor user activity, such as file downloads and page visits, which allow us to track engagement with specific materials and better understand user behavior over time.

One area for potential improvement would be ensuring visual consistency across all pages and elements (particularly in terms of font sizes and layout details) right from the initial design phase. Although we aligned these elements later in the process and the final result is cohesive, we would have expected more attention to this from the designer from the start.

Additionally, during the content implementation phase, a more thorough internal review by the agency before delivering materials to us would have helped reduce the need for revisions on our side.

We have all these firms in one place on our site. I am an integration and business specialist. I’m responsible for acquiring new clients and making agreements with shopping platforms like Presta, Magento, and WordPress.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inspire Labs?

We wanted to develop our plugin, WooCommerce. We needed to integrate our shopping panel with our sending platform. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inspire Labs helped us integrate our plugin with all our courier services. With that plugin, clients can choose a courier, additional options for delivery, time of arrival, and generate a shipment label. They can send packages directly from their shopping platform.

How did you come to work with Inspire Labs?

We met at an e-commerce exhibition in Katowice in April 2016.

It's confidential, as the price was an individual agreement.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took about 1 month, so it finished around May 2016. They finished this project before the deadline. We are still in contact because the plugin is evolving all the time as we hear our clients' suggestions.

We are one of the biggest companies in our country. Our advantage is having plugins for shopping platforms. They help our clients to shorten the time needed to generate shipment labels. So, the more plugins we have, the more clients we have. The more clients we have, the more packages we have. The more packages we have, the better prices we have. Everyone is happy! Inspire Labs has generally met our expectations; the quality was good and they were quite flexible. The nature of our projects meant that we'd be working with a marketing team, so the scopes could change during a project's lifecycle. Inspire Labs was able to incorporate changes just before launching certain sites.

We received regular status updates from Inspire Labs, and they generally fulfilled the schedule aligned at the beginning.
