We looked for web designers in the area and went with Ignite as a result of their industry experience, responsive service, and overall vision for the project.

After a series of telephone conferences to discuss our goals, we exchanged multiple correspondences sharing design options and clarifying key objectives. At that point, Ignite prepared a new website that incorporated all of our objectives along with new video technologies. We worked with Ignite to make minor copy edits and the project was ready to launch.

We worked directly with two different individuals from Ignite, their Media Development Director and Creative Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough. They followed up on every question and request we had to make sure our objectives were met. We were pleased that the project was finished on time and on budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Media Development Director was easy to work with. He was responsive to emails and willing to jump on a conference call to talk through more complex issues. I believe Ignites effective communication directly lead to the project finishing on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was extremely expressed with their prior work product as well as their knowledge of website design, digital marketing, and SEO. They were easy to work with and we appreciated their patience as they brought us up to speed in these fields

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything I wish they had done differently.

We are a multi faceted company with many diverse divisions. One aspect of our business is finance short term hard money loans for investors in real estate. I have been the office manager with this company approximately 6 years.

We exchanged emails that included a flow chart of our loan process and what information we wanted to convey to our potential clients. We subsequently engaged in Zoom conference meetings to discuss our goals, objectives and nail down the page design. Ignite Media took it from there.

Our project was smaller in scale, therefore, we had our project manager - Nick, that also assumed the role of designer and one full stack developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of our site, we had an substantial increase in customer outreach. Potential customers can now contact us via email to further inquire about our services. Providing access to our online portal via our site drastically increases the convenience to our customer allowing us to provide excellent customer service.

Ignite Media kept us up to date on the process and stages of the site. We had contact with Ignite Media as often as necessary: sometimes daily, most often weekly, in order to bring get our project completed prior to target date. Ignite Media was able to put together our site in a fairly short time frame from concept to implementation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ignite Media gave us a professional site that is easy to navigate for our customers. Ignite Media worked our company to ensure that we were satisfied with the design, content and layout of our site. Ignite Media and their staff were responsive, communicative, and professional in every aspect of our project.

We reviewed several digital marketing providers and our selection of Ignite Media was based on their comprehensive package for going to market and their knowledge of our company's industry. Additionally, their insight into Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook marketing was very impactful to ensure we were expanding our reach as far as possible.

After selecting this vendor, we had an initial kick-off call to assess our current digital footprint. We then spent time on strategy and evaluation of tools and actions needed to achieve our goals.

Weekly calls were set up for each aspect of the services we were hiring them for to ensure that progress was reported, pivots were being made on items that fell short of goals, and strategy sessions on the next steps were discussed.

What was the team composition?

We have had access to subject matter experts and department heads for all aspects of the work we contracted for. We have a dedicated team of employees devoted to our brand and new members are engaged as needed to ensure answers are given when asked or clarification is provided.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning our work with Ignite, we have seen a growth in leads for our sales reps. In addition, we have exceeded expectations on website rankings and social engagement, and follower growth.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Ignite team and our team have had zero issues in communicating and tracking all progress. We have a seamless workflow that ensures new tasks are tracked, new requests are entered and feedback and approval for all items are accounted for.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The dedication of team members has been phenomenal. We have a subject matter expert and extra resources on standby to ensure goals are met. The interaction between the two companies is seamless and response times are instant.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly can say none. Ignite Media has helped us identify holes in our efficiency for sales and has been there to help us address. We have scaled worked up and down as needed to be flexible for current situations and for future growth.

I’m the EVP of global sales for a chemical technology company. We develop and manufacture adhesives and sealants. We have many departments within our company, each responsible for a number of business units.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Media?

While we had an overall marketing strategy that we wanted to convey as a company, we didn’t do any advertising nor marketing at the department level. It was important that we branded those departments, products, and provided processes better, so we called in Ignite Media for support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Ignite Media has developed an overall marketing strategy for certain departments within our industries in addition to some web design and management services. They’ve also created an asset library of marketing and advertising pieces. This includes 15–30-second videos, testimonial videos for our services and products, and a whole slew of print materials for trade magazines and social media. 

Currently, they’re doing a strategic marketing audit, and we’re planning to expand their involvement so that they can manage our social as well. We still have an ongoing roster of work that they’re doing for us.

We work with 2–4 people.

How did you come to work with Ignite Media?

I researched marketing agencies in my area, looking at half a dozen candidates. What was really important for us was finding an agency that could do social media, web management, and video production. That’s how I found Ignite Media.

I felt really comfortable with their team because they were a bit of a smaller company and were extremely responsive. Ignite Media gave me the sense that they were really good at listening to what their clients were trying to do and could translate that well into the final product. They were more interested in listening to what we wanted our business to achieve rather than just spouting off their past accomplishments. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2019 and have done almost a dozen videos with them. Each one takes anywhere from 4–6 weeks to produce, but it depends on the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s hard to translate our advertising results strictly into sales, but we’re able to gauge the success of our brand awareness through how many views we get on our LinkedIn posts and videos.

How did Ignite Media perform from a project management standpoint?

The team uses a series of communication tools to collaborate with us, including Skype. They often keep me checked in on a project, providing flowcharts with constant updates of where they’re at with a task. They also juggle multiple projects as one ends and another begins.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The biggest takeaway I’ve found is that they’re really involved from a listening standpoint. They want to learn about our company almost as if they were becoming an extension of it, which is refreshing for someone as busy as myself. I don’t have a lot of time to review projects, so I appreciate that they’re good at paying attention to what we need and catering to our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on their pricing! That’s kind of a joke, but then again, I wouldn’t be doing my job correctly if I weren’t asking for better deals. Other than that, they’re an easy company to work with. The team continues to be responsive when I’m reaching out to them for feedback or have questions about a project.

If you’re going to work with them, you need to really dig into what you’re looking to do. Don’t just stay on the surface because Ignite Media is going to ask for specifics so that they can home in on where you want to go.

Ask yourself: what’s your ideal state with your marketing or advertising? Why are you trying to do something? What are you doing now that isn’t working? And, what are some of the things that you’ve done in the past that haven’t gotten you where you need to go?

You've got to do your homework around what the results should be or they’ll come back and tell you that they can’t help you. Do your due diligence.

As a new customer I was new to Word Press and have had Ignite do updates as required. The personal service is the reason I hired this company.

There was a slight delay in getting the video completed but once it was finished I was extremely happy.

We were looking to promote our new contactless chip feature for our debit cards.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to show the ease of how using a contactless card could benefit anyone who makes everyday debit purchases, especially during COVID times. We also wanted to promote some of our local small businesses by shooting the videos at their spots so they could use them to promote themselves.

SOLUTION

How did you select Ignite Media?

We've had a long-standing relationship with Ignite and have used them for several projects, not just video. This was an extensive planning process, and Ignite was an easy choice for their dedication to exceeding expectations with each project.

The production team worked with us from start to finish to write the scripts, contacting vendors for filming, finding talent for the videos, planning the times to shoot, and executing the filming of each location. After filming, they were fast in the editing process of returning quality content that we will be able to use for multiple outlets.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not officially released the videos to our public yet, but are excited to see the feedback and success once they are. All videos we have worked on in the past have received consistently good feedback from viewers.

The Ignite team was very responsive and quick to our needs throughout the process. They communicated with us certain ideas that they thought could benefit the project and were receptive to our ideas as well. Overall great workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with their ability to work through obstacles that were presented. With every problem we had, Ignite was able to find a way around to produce a great product.

We are engaging Ignite Media to assist us in our marketing and advertising efforts, including branding, website design, social media management, and signage.

What were your goals for this project?

Our previous website , set up by Ignite initially, has been very effective for us. We got great services from them and we got a great product as well.

We have now decided to update the ten year old site to keep up with our newer projects and to keep up with newer technology in digital media. We feel that Ignite is our best choice to move us forward.

We have separate design team members including professional photographers, artistic rendering staff and writers who have contributed in the past.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website had over two hundred images that were carefully categorized and easily featured on the website.

The images and narratives were placed in several creative catalogs for viewing. Very cool and very innovative.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Whenever we had an issue, the staff mobilized immediately to help us resolve any problem with the site. Always felt that we were important facets to their business.

Smart, responsive and quick reactions to questions and desires was the normal approach by the support staff.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I always felt a genuine enthusiasm for the work. They understood and appreciated our work and the set up the website to make it adaptable and easy to update and to adjust. They were always up to speed on what was next.

We have seen considerably increased traffic and content consumption which has been critical since the re-launch of the site was done in conjunction with the company moving from a largely TV-based delivery approach to an Over The Top strategy.

We also experienced much improved customer tracking and engagement analytics which has helped the company expand it's customer base.

We collaborated together to develop the program including key work steps, the project timeline, risks, budget and resource requirements. Ignite's team is very skilled, hands-on, conscientious and responsive.

Because we had a number of inter-related activities happening simultaneously across organizations, we usually checkpointed every day or two on progress and priorities.

Ignite develops strong creative and digital designs that are well integrated into a company's ultimate marketing objectives. In addition to providing the designs, they also have a strong delivery platform and are able to handle complex web architectures and integration of related sales and marketing platforms - across media and content types.

They are very competent, efficient and can do all of it in-house.

Develop new expanded Word Press website platform to provide mobile compatibility. Needed to add more content and pages to offer all of the services ABF provides. Project included new design, copywriting, photography, programming and testing. They also set up a Facebook and Linkedin Corporate page for ABF.

I worked with 3 people at Ignite Media. My media rep handled content development and project management. Creative Director was the lead designer and Programmer completed the website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I now have Google Analytics to track traffic and I now know how much traffic I get and what services are the most popular. And website, has online quotation system which has generated over 25 proposals in 3 months. Lastly the online Facebook and Linkedin presence and distribution has helped establish a consistent ABF Environmental branding effort.

Ignite identified an original production timeline and completed the project 8 days ahead of schedule. They created a proof website where I could review and approve all development before going live with the new website.

ignite Media listed to our ideas, and gave us direction on pages needed, pages we could/should kill and how to make it more eye pleasing overall. Ignite Media gave us page ideas, word needs, helped us to find a few photos; re-arranged pages or placements until we were satisfied.

The project team was about 3 people. Each has a strength and helped the overall process.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our ownership is very happy with our webpages and uses it to showcase the types of business they are attached to; which helps them to gain future business opportunities. Most newer employees or business contacts mention they learned about us on the web, and liked the depth of information provided there.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Ignite Media was very good at keeping our program on track. We had weekly (and sometimes) daily touches; and would submit and work on the projects in small chunks to make it more manageable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ignite Media was easy to work with, gave us great input and helped to make the process easy. We even had a few laughs while working on the project. They strived to make us happy and continue to touch base to see if we need any adjustments or changes.
