I hired Idea Usher to build a weather forecasting app unlike anything available on the app store. The goal was to go beyond basic forecasts and let users actually visualize real-time weather conditions through 3D animations, weather tracking, environmental updates, etc.

From the start, they helped me plan every part of the app, from the design flow and feature list to the user journey and how we’d source and display weather data in real-time. They managed everything, including design, development, weather API integration, and deployment on both ios and android.

Animations and globe-trotting features were the most critical part of the app, and they did an amazing job. Even after launch, they continued to support with bug fixes and minor changes.

Frankly, I believe it is the best weather app out there. It has lots of interactive features, provides alerts, weather updates, environmental updates, disaster alerts and so much more. My concern was that so much data may be overwhelming for the user, but the design team did a fantastic job.

I worked with Namisha, and she was very easy to work with. I sometimes had calls with her that lasted several hours, during which we would brainstorm various ideas and review all the available APIs. They always kept me updated with everything that was happening on the project.

The app was successfully launched on both Android and iOS platforms. We've seen strong user engagement and retention since day one. Goal was to design, develop and deploy an AI-based predictive maintenance solution to reduce unplanned downtime and improve production efficiency in the main manufacturing plant. It involved a thorough understanding of the critical machines and the manufacturing process. The created the complete project plan and mapped the sensors that were required for the input. They then connected sensors to IOT devices that streamed data to the cloud. 
The most critical part was creating and training the machine learning models for anomaly detection. Thereafter they even created a dashboard where our team can login and access all the data and the predictions.

The maintenance cost has gone down considerably, we get instant feedback when there are anomalies in the data. The time for identifying the problem and root cause analysis has also gone down drastically, We get real time visibility of all the machines and are also able to predict machine failures much better. 

Overall, it has led to a considerable increase in both plant and employee efficiency.

We really liked how they took time to understand our processes, especially keeping in mind that they come from an IT background. Their IOT engineer visited the plant several times and sat down with the mangers to identify the key problems and create the project blueprint.

They have designed a complete virtual city with buildings, shopping mall, downtown area, and apartments in a span of one year. They have designed more tha 16 avatars and a complete blockchain based ecosystem where users can buy & sell virtual assets, and influencer nodes. 

What I really liked is that they took the time to understand my requirements and actively brainstormed with my team on ideas. They shared regular updates and builds which gave me confidence. I was very apprehensive about platform's security since it is built on blockchain and hence got all the smart contracts audited from external companies, and their work passed all the quality standards.

I would say project management is one of their strong suits. I worked with Tanya and she did daily calls with my team. They used Jira internally but our team used Monday, so they had to adopt a new tool for our project.
