I am the CTO for DevCare Solutions, responsible for the overall technology operations of the organization and responsible for ensuring technology needs which provide business value are served to our clients.

Enhancement of the Sales experience process for one of the largest retail furniture outlet in the US.

What were your goals for this project?

To provide UI/UX for Web and Mobile applications which were Greenfield. the applications are to be used by internal sales associates and understanding the needs of associates and delivering optimum UX for a B2E was critical, primarily transitioning from a paper based process to a digital process. The goal of these applications were to improve the overall sales experience process for the associates and the customers and thereby increase the revenue.

How did you select Idea Fueled?

Idea Fueled was selected through a stringent process after identifying and interviewing 16 vendors. They had shown excellent understanding of the project right from day 1 and were able to showcase what they could bring to the table immediately.

Describe the project in detail.

Idea Fueled was engaged through a discovery process and were provided with minimal guidelines for coming up with the UI/UX for the scoped applications. I worked with their designers to provide the details of the engagement and their team was responsible for delivering the UI mockups, prototype and then the required assets that the UI developers could you.

What was the team composition?

Two UI designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Idea Fueled was able to deliver the required outputs within schedule and within anticipated budget. Working in a compressed schedule was the biggest challenge and they could easily overcome the challenge, almost effortlessly. The business / client approved the designs without a single iteration or feedback which is the biggest achievement and shows how well the team understood the requirements and have done their research on the business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team were spot on in terms of maintaining a single channel of communication and were almost available throughout. We've used Microsoft teams as a channel of communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

People. Thats what makes any company. Extremely professional and are experts in what they do. Their communication, deliverables and setting expectations right from the get-go made it super easy for my team to set right expectations to the client. With several unique points they bring to the table, the most unique is their understanding of the requirements effortlessly. I hardly had to spend time with them to describe the requirements.

Another aspect is their Thought Leadership. They are always on top of the game to suggest and recommend what's appropriate based on industry alignment.

None that I can think.

The project entailed full stack development for creating a web based software for travel itinerary planning. It entailed design, full stack dev. work, as well as all wireframing and UX UI.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Outcomes from this project that show success are emulated by Puneet consistently setting goals, and delivering the product far in advance and far past my expectations for excellence. Every time I assigned him a task, he presents it days in advance and at a level of such high professional work, that I am blown away every single time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fantastic. I spoke on a daily or every other day basis with Puneet and Esha. Puneet and Esha have fantastic English skills and are very on top of their organization. They always ensured deadlines were met in advance, and they reached out frequently to discuss satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I found most impressive, is how well they work together as a team. Puneet handles the dev side and Esha handles the wireframing and graphical side for UX-UI. They are an AMAZING team. I could not think of a better team to work with. This is why I have chosen to utilize them for my entire project.
