We worked with the CEO. We were assigned a senior developer who had 1–2 people working for her. There were 4–5 people total.

My team and I are really happy with the output. Once we had the design ready, it was much easier for us to move forward with the development. We could still ask them questions if there were things we hadn’t thought about.

Lucky Media used Trello board to manage the tasks and plan the scope of working.

The team was very responsive. They were very quick to get in touch with us when we had any questions.

I think the only thing I can think of would be to request meetings with us more often, if they need more information regarding details of a project. But they have done this in the past regardless. Overall we are very satisfied with all areas of their business.
