ICS-digital was engaged to deliver an ongoing off-page SEO and digital PR programme supporting our organic growth objectives across our core markets. The scope covered strategy, execution, and reporting, with a focus on building search authority and improving visibility for priority pages in a competitive, regulated sector.

The engagement included strategic planning aligned to our target markets, a structured monthly programme of activity, ongoing campaign management, and regular performance reporting against agreed objectives.

Deliverables were tracked against milestones, with clear communication throughout and measurable progress toward our organic visibility and authority-building goals.

We saw positive movement on the metrics that mattered to us, including improved organic visibility and search performance for our priority pages. For commercial reasons I'd rather not share specific figures, but the work contributed meaningfully to our wider SEO objectives over the engagement

ICS-digital's project management was consistently strong throughout the engagement. Deliverables arrived on time, and they were reliably punctual with both timelines and communication. 

The team was always available when we needed them and stayed flexible as our priorities shifted, adapting their approach to fit our requirements rather than the other way around. Overall, the account was managed smoothly and we never had to chase for updates.

What stood out most was their responsiveness and flexibility. A lot of agencies lock you into a fixed process, but ICS-digital adapted to our priorities as they shifted and were always reachable when we needed them. That combination of reliability and adaptability is rarer than it should be, and it made them genuinely easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ICS-digital could have done differently?

Nothing significant stands out. Any minor friction was the normal back-and-forth of a new agency relationship, and it was resolved quickly.

We needed help promoting our company's games at physical events via influencer marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ICS-digital LLP has provided influencer marketing services for us. The team has conducted a landscape analysis, competitor audit, and audience analysis snapshot. Based on that, they've developed a strategy and agreed on key reporting metrics. ICS-digital LLP has also identified and shortlisted 1–2 appropriate influencers to be engaged. Moreover, ICS-digital LLP has been responsible for campaign execution, including drafting influencer pitches and outreach, ongoing liaison with influencers, and monitoring influencer content. The team has also provided account management, including all client communication, project management, and coverage monitoring and results reporting. In addition, ICS-digital LLP has engaged and briefed influencers to be present onsite at events. The team has also aimed for influencers to post about and/or livestream the event, securing a minimum of four Instagram story posts and one grid post per influencer.

ICS-digital LLP has helped us successfully network with influencers in both countries. For one event in Brazil, the team has delivered 14 Instagram posts, 9,884 total views, 2,664 estimated profile reach, 35% non-follower engagement, and 249 interactions. For another event in the US, ICS-digital LLP has delivered 20 Instagram posts, 33,248 total views, 1,386 average reach, 1,097 total engagement, and 853 interactions. Overall, the results have met our expectations.

ICS-digital LLP has been easy to work with and communicative. Our primary forms of communication are virtual meetings, and emails.
