We had a project idea and wanted to develop a system based on that idea. We had no detailed documentation on the requirements.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The core system was in production within the agreed timeframe. The new feature pipeline and enhancements were advised by iBoon Technologies' team. So far, we've received the new release with product enhancements on time. The system was well tested for production, and we haven't faced any teething issues when we went online initially.When the system went live, we agreed on the team training, which covered every aspect of the day-to-day operations. Based on our needs, iBoon Technologies' team created a user guide and short training video. After we went into production, we had to make changes in a few forms, and their team delivered these changes instantly.The whole purpose of the system is to make the BSS automation and reduce the manual intervention throughout the process. As the system is an automation of the telecom BSS, there's a minimal scope of manual errors.

How did iBoon Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

iBoon Technologies' project management is well handled. The core system was delivered on time, and the further releases are also on time. Our primary form of communication is virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iBoon Technologies' team is always online on Microsoft Teams, and every query is answered to its finest possible accuracy. We agreed on twice a week virtual meetings, and they're always on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We'd prefer that they manage our UK time, but that's not part of the agreement. So far, everything is as expected. We'd agree to work with them as per UK time. That being said, everything is still managed well.

I’m a partner at Mouldies, which is an e-commerce website for B2C and B2B in the ceramic tile industry all over the world. Most of our products come from Italy and Spain.

I wanted the main page to look like an Italian website and not an Indian website. We needed someone to develop our e-commerce platform.

They developed our e-commerce platform where sellers upload their products to be sold. They also developed our mobile app for Android and iOS. They recently integrated a payment gateway. Every day, they make changes to introduce innovative products into our website with many customizations. The content writer was from their side and put some videos on my website.

Last month, we offered them 1% of partnership with our company. Looking at the project and what we’re doing, we need their IT assistance for a longer duration of 2–4 years. We offered them a partnership with our company because of the satisfaction level that they have met. They’re very cool. My clients are sincerely happy and satisfied with the website. We selected the right company to do the work.

They’re dedicated to the project. We had changes regularly, and they’ve been flexible. They ask for the timeline and they make the changes.

They could add to the team. Whenever I need something urgently, they arrange for a freelancer to get things done on time.

They explored a few work request frameworks prior to giving us 4 alternatives. I loved that they recorded the advantages and disadvantages of every arrangement, which made it simple to pick one.

Then, at that point, they carried out the new framework, relocated our inheritance information, and normalized our IT business work processes. One of the key elements they designed was the capacity to naturally allocate requests to repairmen and screen the request status.

The team met expectations when all the features and functions of the project were present at the end of the cycle.

Yet to start testing but i believe it will help in the long run.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Ankit who is also the project manager handled his tasks professionally and i have to say i'm rather pleased with the outcome , although we faced some roadblocks along the way.

The skillset of the people in this company and the technical abilities to solve issues along the way.

More transparent communication with the team members perhaps, but generally , i'm quite pleased with the overall handling of this.
