Earlier we had just wordpress website which we wanted to convert an application, here i7 helped us to setup the web and mobile application both. scope was to setup rest API and create a hybrid mobile application which can be used on both ios and Android.

we got exactly we were looking for , earlier in app purchase was not in scope we added later and was delivered right on time. Project was delivered on time despite of requirement change ofcourse on additional cost but in the end everything was upto the mark.

so basically we already had project plan ready only thing which was needed is execution. we had all tasks defined in order of priority which i7 utilized and created jira stories with sprints. everything which was coming from us was mentioned on project management tool with estimation and delivery time. so everything was clear to us when and what we are getting.
