Fact find was measurable by contact details of companies spoke to and requirements. We spoke regularly on next steps so set goals within goals so landing page finished by this date, CRM built and walk through along the way to see progress.

I don’t know how Simon manages what he does he was always available by phone and message which has been a god send. Constantly in contact all hours, always delivered on time, usually was before time set so extremely happy.

We hired I Need Leads to help generate new business enquires via PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media and specifically an AI Webchat to lead our customer through their buying journey, fully automated with appointments booked in our calendars as well. I Need Leads have delivered everything we wanted and more in a lighting fast time frame. The leads started coming through almost immediately and the integration with our CRM has gone very smoothly.

To see the bot working away and helping our customers through their journey, to create multiple landing pages and generating views and leads through pay per click. We can already see leads coming through and the cost per lead is very good. This has already been a success, delivered ahead of schedule and there is a lot more we are going to do together.

They delivered on time, any amendments requested were done instantly. The team were available early in the morning and late in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, the team are super responsive and we couldn't be happier with the work completed and the service provided.
