An initial list of project requirements was created.
I Mate Plus provided a 'high level' resource estimate and a view of whether some of the requirements could be packaged together.
This then enable us to provide a prioritized list of milestone.
I Mate Plus them provided detailed 'Enhancement Requests' with a final costing.

A project manager with a couple of developers.
