Our goal was to create a web portal with an AWS backend that was encrypted. There would also be two backend control tables: to control access to the front end web portal for advisors and to monitor conditions. The conditions table and the user table will only be directly editable by the administrator(s). The following features will be available for each table: Add, Change, Delete, Inactivate, Search, and Export. 

The data model/design will include the following implementation of a data reporting and access hierarchy: 

• Level 1: All database data will be accessible to reporting users by the Main Team. 
• Level 2: Sturdy will enable reporting access to all customer and advisor data held by the company. 
• Level 3: The advisor will grant all clients allocated to them access to reports. 
• Level 4: Customer lowest possible data level. 

The main purpose of this structure is to manage who has access to the data that will be stored in the database and made available through the Web Portal. In a very short amount of time, we requested that they produce Phase 1 of functional discovery, Phase 2 of technical discovery, and Phase 3 of development with a staging and production model.
