Ensuring accessibility, the new website should be user-friendly on both phones and computers. Moreover, it should incorporate additional portals and intranets catering specifically to current families and staff, addressing their needs for resource navigation and frequently asked questions.

Our team is very pleased with our new website. We know that it will support us in recruiting new students and staff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site just launched so measurables for the site itself (visitors, TOP, conversions, etc.) is yet to be determined. Our stakeholders were pleased and we will be sending a survey to measure their level of satisfaction after about a month or so. Key measureable outcome will be maintaining and growing the form conversions based on historic data from old site.

Project management was extremely detailed and organized. Huemor obviously has a web project template buttoned down yet the team was also flexible to meet our specific needs. Yes, delivery was consistently on time. Team did a nice job balancing pushing back on our requests when appropriate (based on experience, best practice) yet listening to what we wanted to accomplish. There was no ego if we said we just didn't like something or it wasn't working for us - very solution oriented.

Project management was extremely efficient and organized, great use of PM tools. Tight internal collaboration. Made it easy for us to stay on track. They were a passionate and knowledgeable team of experts. There was a great balance between appropriate push back (based on industry experience and best practice) and being responsive to our needs. It was refreshing that there was no ego or attitude when we asked questions or wanted to take a different approach. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something HUEMOR could have done differently?

Copywriting was just ok - I ended up doing quite a bit of editing and rewriting. It was helpful to get a baseline but the original copy did not reflect a solid understanding of our service and industry (which is technical) as well as lacking in "ooomf" or what we might call personality. There was some improvement during the process. Slight glitch on launch day but that all worked out! Seemed to be some confusion over the redirect of the secondary site (Premier) so that didn't happen at time of launch as expected but was worked out within the next week.

The team at Huemor was able to deliver a high-quality website that reflected our updated brand identity and included hundreds of curriculum resources that were collated across two previously separate websites. From design to UX to development to making content updates, the team at HUEMOR was always professional amid changes in direction and rebranding efforts.

The only issue we encountered with Huemor was in transitioning from a previous project manager who we were having trouble with to our current PM, who is outstanding. The team coordinated a smooth transition and we had no issues after the change was put in place.

We had a very accelerated timeline. Huemor scaled up fast to meet our timeline. We had 3 separate groups for each of our websites and they were able to customtize their approach and specific needs based on the different stakeholders.

The level of communication. If you are looking for a company that wants to make sure that they get it right, Humeor is your place. They have meetings upon meetings at every step making sure that you are happy and if not will tear it down and start over. 

It is very impressive their willingness to put the client not only first but right or wrong the client is always right. Whatever they wanted the site to be, they will make that site. If they miss, they will go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes to hit it right on the head.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HUEMOR could have done differently?

I do not think that there are in their dealings with us. I will say that this is a hands on company and if you are wanting to sit back and let someone just take a guess at what you are looking for and hope they get it right this is not your company. 

You have to be involved and in fact they force that involvement through meetings, interaction etc. Thus, they really make you a partner in the process and if you are not invested in its success you will find what is in my opinion a massive value add to be an annoyance.
