From day one, Cameron was there every step of the way. I would also like to add that, she has great customer service and an excellent communicator. Within a few minutes either my emails were answered or she was just a phone call away. Besides her knowledge of the project area, this played a huge role in the success of the project.

After an initial conversation about their services, they performed diagnostics on my current website and digital presence and came up with some solutions that could help improve my brand’s online presence.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While I don’t have a large scale marketing operation at this point, I was very happy with their work. I would definitely work with Needham Solutions LLC in the future as things come up.

How did Needham Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Needham Solutions LLC communicated with us on a weekly basis and I always had a sense of what they were working on. They were good about letting me know when we were getting close to project completion so I could figure out how to spend my time. Our teams utilized Podio to collaborate and ShareFile to share sensitive information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a high level of technical skill and knowledge. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

While their skill level is very high, they could invest more in creative content. If I was aiming to do a larger or more long-term project, I would have liked to spend more time developing the messaging language and researching our industry and prospective clients.

If you’re a small business owner who wears a lot of hats, make sure you narrowly define what you’re trying to accomplish.

The project increased awareness and followers for the client company. It also helped the client see how a professional social media campaign (with structure, planning, design, and management) increases a feeling of pride and professionalism among the company team members.

The Needham Solutions team was amazing. They were always available to answer questions, and make updates as needed. We had lots of requests from the client but we never doubted Needham would handle them quickly and professionally.

What were your goals for this project?

Our website needed to be updated and streamlined so that we could make easy changes internally and so it could inform clients better. Wanted it to be more presentable and sophisticated. We also wanted Email Marketing guidance and help.

We interviewed several web designers in the past. Worked with a web designer previously, but it didn't have the right "marketing" touch or ease of use that we needed.

After a couple of calls with Cameron, we really liked the expertise/talent and comprehensive Marketing services that Needham Solutions provided with the monthly package.

We had a couple of initial calls with the Project Manager, filled out the information form, had the Discovery Call, and created an outline of what we needed.

Also had wireframes done by Needham Solutions to make sure the website was presentable and functional. We worked through emails, slack and the client portal mostly - and booked a call when we needed to discuss items.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Needham Solutions and Cameron are a joy to work with. Very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable Web Design, WordPress, Copywriting, and Email Marketing experts.

Our new website looks wonderful and the layout, organization and ease of use were improved greatly. Their monthly packages are cost effective and worthwhile. Highly Recommended.

We appreciated the project management, excellent marketing insight and recommendations on best practices for the website and email marketing, copywriting.

Mostly on our part - customer side. It was helpful for us to plan out what we wanted and to be clear on the work needed. It was also helpful to check in with progress and remaining hours available, besides using the timer provided.

Our project is successful because we were able to use the monthly plan with allotted hours and work on chunks/goals we wanted to accomplish with clear limits to fit our budget.

I’m the co-founder of Waiverpro. We deal with construction waivers. The process for creating and sending out waivers is very manual, so our company helps with that.

She spent some time speaking with both me and my partner to discuss our brand and make sure we had our brand guide, so we knew how we wanted to present ourselves to our customers. All of that work ended up going into the communication for our marketing campaign.

For the website portion, Needham Solutions used HTML and some Java.

We worked with about three people in total. I worked directly with Cameron on several occasions, and then with two other resources for marketing and the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Visibility and traffic to the site have increased by about 40% since partnering with Needham Solutions. Overall, I’ve been really satisfied with their work.

Their project management has been seamless. They organized our project into blocks of time, and within those blocks, we decided how we would allocate resources based on what we needed. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their level of communication and feedback sets them apart. We communicate via Slack, which has been very efficient for the team.

No, because we were very specific as far as what we wanted to use their services for. Needham Solutions has delivered exactly what we asked them to.

Be honest and transparent with what you need. Don’t try to sugarcoat or make things sound better than what they are — just meet them where you’re at.

Project management is one of their strongest suits. They have tools set up so I can check on their status. They’re always available by email, phone, or Slack.

The sheer breadth of services that they offer is impressive. I’ve worked with similar companies with wide-ranging capabilities and they often have strengths and weaknesses. With Needham, there are literally only strengths.

No, I only hope they continue to grow and take on more people. I haven’t noticed any issues working with them.

My advice is to take advantage of the organization that they provide. Be open to their management systems. You may even want to implement them yourself.

I’m the CEO of You Today Academy. The company is centered around building up confidence in people. We create online material and content to help people understand how to gain confidence in their life’s journey. We’re getting ready to launch our first online course.

I’m not a technology person; I’m about the ideas and writing and presenting. Designing websites and e-commerce and marketing and technical things aren’t for me. When I found out about Cameron (Founder) and Needham Solutions LLC I immediately reached out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed our website and marketing materials for us. She also included all the plug-ins we needed for the e-commerce aspect. She was great with the things the people don’t really see as we launch the course.

I mostly worked with Cameron, but halfway through she hired an assistant, who I interacted with through email. Her work and insights were great.

We haven’t officially launched yet, but the few people I’ve shown it to have though it’s amazing. We’re really happy.

They’re great at giving realistic deadlines. They’ve come through every single time for me. They’re very reliable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anytime I have a problem we’ll hop on the phone and work through things. Cameron turns my babble into an actual product on the website. She is very personable and easy to get a hold of. I felt like she heard my voice all the time. If she did something I didn’t like, it was easy to change.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My experience with Cameron has been on point. If there is something I didn’t like, such as a design factor, she fixed it so fast that they never became problems. I don’t have anything else to say.

Make sure you know exactly what you want. It will make their job easier and quicker. Cameron was patient in listening to me, but if I’d had a more concise vision at the beginning then things would have moved even quicker than they did.

We hired them to do our marketing and help with some of our website development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Needham Solutions is helping our platform to gain recognition. Their team created a marketing plan and social media program that’ll be implemented when the site is launched. They’ve already created its landing page, and it went live in September 2019.

We anticipate our launch will be two months from now because we’re still getting our website in order. There are front- and backend developers so it’s taking a little while to reach the final stage. Once we’ve launched, Needham Solutions will take the lead in giving us some visibility in the marketplace and establishing traction.

I was looking for someone with a veteran connection, and they were listed on a military veterans’ site. The platform provides companies from all 50 states, but I wanted someone local to me in Arizona. Needham Solutions was listed on the site because their president’s husband is a former marine. I called them, and we got started.

We’ve invested about $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began in August 2019, and it’s ongoing. At present, we’re waiting for the programmers to catch up with us. We’re actively engaged and when we launch and/or do a soft launch in the Phoenix area, we’ll be working with Needham Solutions on a daily basis.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Once we implement the marketing plan, we’ll be looking for both the number of veterans that sign up to operate through us in the gig economy as well as seeing how the public reacts to the ability to hire veterans. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the engagement. Needham Solutions is highly motivated. If I need something quickly, they can turn on a dime.

Their team is easy to communicate with and readily available. If I need something, I can get ahold of them within an hour. They always provide answers to my questions and complete requests I submit.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One word that comes to mind is energy. They’re highly energetic and motivated. It’s clear that they believe in what we’re doing and are fully on board with our goals and vision.

I’d definitely recommend them to a friend. Make sure to define what you need from their team so they can get on board quickly. Needham Solutions can produce a rapid prototype in 24 hours or less. Articulate your vision, and they’ll follow through.
