I was looking to have a web page designed and ran which Hite Digital is able to do but decided to have my Google business page setup and maintained, and have a new Logo designed.

I met with Austin M. of Hite Digital, he was able to show me and explain to me in great detail what they are able to do and what the results could be. It was his knowledge and ability to explain everything that helped me decided to go with Hite Digital.

We began with some Zoom calls so they could get a feel for my business and what I do and how I wanted to proceed. They made a proposal and let me select what and how I wanted to proceed. I decided to start with my Google business and a logo design.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As this is still ongoing project i have yet to see any outcomes but i am very hopeful of the new logo design being completed in the next week or two.

The work flow has been very effective, any delay is usually on my end.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to learn my business so they an better help me. The knowledge that they have of the services they provide is amazing.

We hired on Hite Digital to manage our Google Ads, Facebook, and Linkedin accounts and to help us create a lead generation engine.

I was connected to Chad through a mutual colleague and also had the opportunity to interview Chad along with many other agencies. Ultimately, Chad checked off all the boxes of what we were looking for on this front.

Chad and I had the opportunity to sit down and lay out the overarching strategy of the business as we were putting together our go-to-market motion. Each quarter we would establish goals, have weekly syncs to see how we were tracking with these channels, and would optimize as needed to be on track.

We had one or two that we had worked with in the past. One of them was a paid media manager, and the other was a content marketing manager.

We were really developing a go-to-market function, which our goal was to really build from the ground up, establish baselines, and grow our KPIs. We were able to do this and hit most of our objectives and key results as a business.

It was great! I always had a quick and clear response anytime I needed anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very personal and took into consideration all the needs of our company to see how they could be creative and think outside of the box.

Nothing immediately comes to mind. I would definitely work with Hite Digital again.

My website was built using a very basic platform. It was not user friendly and to be honest, it looked terrible. I wanted a site that was very easy to navigate, very clear areas for customers to get the needed information and cut down on time spent just to book an experience.

Jake has a heavy presence on social media and is a real person. He does share his successes but also shares struggles and misteps and things to overcome them. He takes a lot of pride in the work his team does and give credit to them all the time.

After speaking with Jake and his team, it was decided that a clean and clear landing page would be the best solution and take away the bulkieness. With the use of an online drive, everyone that had a hand in fixing my site, had access to the data as they needed it. I feel this really streamlined the process and allowed it to move forward as quickly as it did.

I only really had contact with Jake and Kendal but I did see various other names appear as different stages of the project were completed.

The updated design and ease of use are greatly appreciated by customers. Site traffic seems to be the same but now people need less help to complete bookings due to the ease of use the site now has.

Everything was laid out like a small construction project; there were starting points, benchmarks and completion expectations. My site never went down and like a light switch being flipped, it was transitioned over to the new design. It took right around a month, and promised, for the new design to be created, worked through and launched.

The very personable fashion in which they operate is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been some things that have changed at random on my site but the team at Hite have been quick to fix them. I have no complaints.

Working with Adam and his team my business has never been better. We started off with discovering my brand and who I was. They help create an online presence to show who I am and my service. They are constantly helping me improve my service to my clients and developing a better "backend" system so I can be organized.

My outcome is better than I can ever expect. All my branding carries the same message. I have better systems and my results are constantly improving. When I started, I was just a real estate agent. Now I have a team of agents to help deliver my message and I can rest assured that I have a team that will help keep things organized and stand apart. All of my market=int is delivering my message and I have a better quality if clients to work with.

The workflow has been awesome. When needed we had weekly updates and other times we had monthly updates and checking to be sure things are running smoothly. Adam and his team have accommodated the needs around the projects that most make sense and are the most effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am most impressed by how much they care and the knowledge they share. They really do care about my success and we had several discussions throughout the many projects about what would be most successful. They did not tell me what to do, they explained what needed to be done and how to go about doing it. They wanted to be sure that I understood so that I can be successful. No other company has done this.

There is so much I have learned and my business has never been better since I met Adam and his team. I whish that I had met them earlier in my career.

I hired Hite Digital to build my website, as I was stepping into my new role of author, speaker, and advocate. My website needed to show all of those things, as well as show my cake gallery, petition to sign and learn and sign up for Porch Time.

It also needed to be $1,000 to start, and be able to build onto it later. I had a vision of muted desert/Central Oregon colors and wanted it to look inviting and clean.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I hired Hite Digital specifically for several reasons. First, I felt a good presence with TJ over social media, and that when I was ready to launch a website as I step into my new role of author, that I would hire his company. This is because TJ and I both have growth and service mindsets. He was genuine in his conversations with me and genuinely wanted to help. It was meant to be, I was wanting the website company that would be in line with my vision.

I super appreciated that he was not salesy, and he answered my many questions as I was inquiring. He was somebody I wanted to pair up with, and link arms with, as I could tell he was on a mission to change the world too. His gift is technology, business and people. He showed me samples of websites they have done and how the process would work. Technology is my weakness, particularly to build a website.

Yet I am a designer too, so it was important to me to voice what I'd like, and I felt like TJ would listen to my ideas and requests, and sure enough, he did! His customer service is outstanding! I could tell he cares for the company and the team who works there, and that is also important to me.

He is vulnerable and genuine on Facebook and really loves helping people, I can't help but be drawn by his light! He loves his team and wife too, shows in all he does. Those are the people I want to link my business of helping others with.

TJ guided me well by asking me specifically what I was after, and told me what he needed from me. I knew I wanted white, with muted colors and gave him pics of what I wanted to use. He had the design team put the framework together, based on a sample TJ had found, and sent me what it would look like.

I was SO pleased! Of course we changed around a bit of stuff but I was just delighted with how it turned out, and how they captured the essence I was after! That is rare that I can say that. My website had flow to it, links, looked great via phone or desktop, and truly showed my work and what I offer come to life all in one place.

I appreciated that the designer even chimmed in. After I made the final approval, the website went live! I have had SOOO many people tell me how beautiful and powerful my website is!

TJ is who I was in contact with, and I had interaction with one of the designers from my website. She did a fantastic job with colors, fonts, placement, etc.

Now I have a place to guide people to sign up for book notifications for when Cake Saved My Life is finished! I have about 200 so far and its only been live for about a month.

And also to sign my petition, which continues to grow everyday, and my blog is starting soon! This is a container that I have just built, and I know that much growth and impact will happen as a result of it, soon!

TJ is very swift to reply, and so patient with all my questions, and so very helpful! I appreciated that TJ would answer my questions back to me in a Loom video, which made it more clear and easy to understand.

He is personable and went the extra mile by helping me to start using Loom, because I need techy support and needed to learn Loom for my video submission for the book contest I was entering.

They nailed exactly what I was after! That is so hard to do with me! Not only did they make a beautiful website, but it was a wonderful experience and was incredibly happy with the excellent customer service. Good souls there at Hite Digital.

Had a planning phone call. Had an in-person strategy meeting that included photography and video resource options. Had several follow-up email messages to provide material and feedback. Got access to website draft to provide feedback for.

Had another email video instructions and phone call so that I could set up my e-commerce selections. Website was live. Got communication to confirm all aspects of the site were working properly. Got communication for legal updates.

Our original website was created over 15 years ago. The website was poorly maintained and needing a modern twist. Adam with Hite Digital completely revamped our website exactly how we invisioned it. He was very easy to work with and always met our needs in a timely manner.

We searched online for web developers. I attempted to maintain our original website myself and I was in way over my head. When we heard about Adam with Hite Digital, we immediatley felt like he was the right direction to go because he was local and very receptive to our needs.

We initially met to discuss what we wanted for our new and improved website. Unfortunately at that time COVID-19 hit healthcare in full force and we needed to get information to the public on multiple platforms and our website was one of them. Adam graciously created a temporary website to allow us to get information out asap. While COVID-19 played out, our originally anticipated website was completed even better than we imagined it.
