Although the team delivered on time, having more detailed progress reports or check-ins could have provided greater visibility and ensured alignment throughout the project. Other than that, their work exceeded expectations.

My goal was to start producing organic inbound leads and improve my organic search ranking on high intent keywords.

Higher Up was able to take the SEO foundation that I had built and heavily refine it. In just a month of services our average ranking has gone up by around 10 on a number of high intent keywords. 
Our organic search clicks are also up and we're starting to get a steady stream of inbound SEO leads.

Attention to detail and experience. They really get into the weeds on technical SEO items which was big for me. Agencies I've worked with in the past could make content, but weren't skilled in the site speed adjustments and technical work. Toby and his team specifically focused on breaking down all the findings and insights into an actionable roadmap and building it out on project management tools in Asana.
