The Heiroom project was an ambitious, full-scale development initiative that commenced in 2020 and spanned until 2023. This complex endeavor required a fully custom-built solution, with every component of Heiroom designed from scratch. We partnered with Hierographix to bring our vision to life across iOS, Android, and web-based platforms, entrusting them with the task of creating a seamless, cohesive system. Hierographix managed each phase of the project with meticulous attention to detail and commitment, ensuring the final product adhered to the highest standards of performance, usability, and scalability. UI/UX Research and Design

Comprehensive Research and Analysis: Hierographix started by conducting extensive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) research to ensure that Heiroom would be intuitive and engaging for our user base. The Heirographix team demonstrated outstanding project management throughout the Heiroom project, from planning and development to ongoing support. Heirographx continues to work with Execuspect to improve upon the product that they helped create several years ago. As clients of various disciplines use our software, we find a variety of custom needs that are suggested as improvements, unique to the client. These suggestions and needs are passed along to Heirographx, meetings are set up, collaboration takes place and the product improves. Often the work needing done is advancing the product to larger corporations who have several locations, multiple users and departments. The product allows the client to assess a managers communication and relationship building skills with unique data to determine exactly how to increase the managers effectivness in quality influence. From a talent acquisition standpoint, the client can know before spending unnecessary time in interviews whether a candidate has the potential to be divisive or will be the "above and beyond" kind of leader. Tools are currently being put inplace to aggregate the scores to help save time for the training and/or hiring managers.

The work is done in a very reasonable time frame. The team is alway quick to resond when I reach out. They make me feel as though I am their only client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our product was being delivered via Excel spreadsheets. We knew we needed an app inorder to be more effective and efficient, not to mention relevant. When I met Andrew from Heirographx and discovered that they specialized in app development, I knew I needed to know more about them. at the time, I knew of no other software developers, now, I don't need to know of any others. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hierographx could have done differently?

No company has reached a point where they no longer need to improve. However, my experience did not reveal any of those needs.

We are a mobile game called Synonym Swap, that provides entertainment through solving puzzles within the game, it is available on IOS and Anriod today.

I started a publication in 1979. I’m the owner and president. We’ve been publishing a newspaper magazine in the Saginaw area for decades. We began as a print publication, but we’ve since transitioned to having a digital publication as well.

What challenges were you trying to address with Hierographics Inc?

Initially, I had someone else design our first website. However, as things evolved, we realized we wanted to redo the website and make it more user friendly on the backend and more dynamic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed the website including the basic framework and layout. They did a lot of coding for the website, but I’m not sure what technology they used. They guided me through the process and helped ensure that I was getting the most cost-effective solution. Their advice has been great. 

They helped us create a daily events feed and local events calendar where users, such as local business owners and arts organizations, could input information about upcoming events they were hosting. 

In addition, they helped us set up an online voting platform for an annual music awards ceremony that we host.

I work with Andrew (CEO & President of the Board of Directors) and one of their developers. 

How did you come to work with Hierographics Inc?

After sitting down with them and looking over our existing site, I felt comfortable working with them. Andrew was able to quickly point out areas for improvement and was really knowledgeable.

We’ve spent over $47,000 on their services so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2002. We did our largest overhaul of the website in 2008. Our relationship with them is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They brought ideas that added new revenue streams to our online platform. We developed a premium version for users to be able to use our event systems calendar. We also sell banner ads on the website, and when they redid the website, they added different ad options for mobile websites and desktop websites. 

How did Hierographics Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They have strong project management. They’re very good at meeting deadlines. Even when they ran into issues and needed to push back deadlines for tasks, they were very communicative. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their knowledge and ability to transfer their ideas into tangible solutions is most impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. We’ve run into issues over the years, but often, they weren’t the fault of Hierographics.
