We initially contacted HiData to help us localise part of our website when we entered in the Hungarian market. The collaboration was key to understanding market specifics and also setting the right digital strategy and positioning in the new market.

Now, we work with HiData on a monthly basis to create and operationalise the SEO strategy in Hungary. (Create/adapt SEO strategy, content creation, backlink strategy, website audits)

Exquisite project management from their side. Very good content -, project timeline - and deadline management approach. It makes the collaboration flawless and also progress easy to follow.

On time delivery of the monthly deliverables, proactive approach towards proposing and implementing new strategies/ testing new opportunities in the market and also towards solving issues that arise locally.

The combination between qualitative deliverables and exquisite project management makes the collaboration with HiData productive. Impressive in our collaboration is the proactive approach the company has in signalling/solving issues/ opportunities we can grasp locally.

The project consisted of two main parts: an audit and providing suggestions. During the audit, they analysed our site from a technical standpoint, conducted a competitor analysis and a keyword research. For the suggestions, they provided us with clear data to be able to decide which keywords and actions to focus on for improving our Search Engine ranking.

I'm the owner of a small web development and Wordpress dev company. The website of ELD Raktártechnika was designed and developed by us. I'm also managing the marketing for the company but for that, we don't have in-house resources so I work together with HiData.

B2B websites are always tricky. They need a different approach because a search value is significantly less for the obvious keywords. It also takes a lot of time for the team to get educated about the niche that the client is operating in. The main goal was to analyze the actual data we have from the current visitors and come up with a new content strategy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I used to work with other seo teams but mostly my problem was that they were not able to adapt to the project. (they produced low quality visitors and used wrong measures) With HiDate that was the opposite. Their first step was to make a big audit to identify the KPIs. They had the patience to understand the market and the different needs for B2B. They were open to think together.

They made a big audit. Backlinking was the biggest issue at this point so we started to build backlinks. (they provided everything for that). They made a dashboard where we can follow the goals. Meanwhile, we started to work on the new content strategy. The biggest issue is how to structure the available content and build up the funnel. Now it is our job to produce quality content :D

I have worked with three of them. Someone for SEO research, someone to write the content, someone to analyze the data build the dashboard, and make data-driven decisions.

The domain authority increased. The bounce rate dropped. We know what to work on and why. (produce content)

We were communicating through email mostly. Whenever we need help, they make themselves available for us.

The market is full of middle-level knowledge, and most of the projects don't need more but we had a need for experts and they are.

Maybe a shared kanban board would be useful to see the progress and have a dashboard where all the produced content, meeting note, and everything is available in one place.

We could deliver everything to our client with the help of HiData. A measurable outcome was a 50% boost of Core Web Vitals scores on our client's website, thanks to the recommendations of HiData.

We had direct contact with the team and used different channels. Recently they introduced Asana as a project management tool which helped in the visibility and planning of their tasks.

They have a broad knowledge of everything SEO, and they are not reluctant to apply these. We don't have to talk to different specialists about different topics, we can define the overall goal and get everything taken care of.

They could improve the amount of quality of summaries they create. The reports are amazing but sometimes lack detailed enough explanations.

Our overall SEO rank got better. I'd rather not disclose any details though.
