Hexalyze implemented and configured SharePoint. They also handled document management and centralized information storage. The team created custom SharePoint sites and portals. They worked on workflow and approval automation. Hexalyze also worked on access control and permission management.
They handled business process automation. The team created custom dashboards and reporting. They also integrated the platform with Microsoft 365 tools. Hexalyze worked on MS SharePoint, MS Project Server, Power BI Dashboards, and MS Power Apps.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We expected and achieved the following results:Our overall document management controls and efficiency increased twice the previous. The enterprise project management became much smarter and accurate with the governance, portfolio reports, alerts, and RAG statuses.
The Power BI dashboards are phenomenal in enterprise reporting and mapping. We also saw a 64% increase in AI applications adoption, a 53% reduction in operational inefficiencies, and a 61% improvement in document control, storage, and access management.
