We go through the websites of different software development companies and explore the services they offer related to digital currency and their work experience regarding cryptocurrency and digital wallets. So after looking at many companies, we decided to go with Hexa Origin Technologies because of their technical expertise in cryptocurrency.

They were following the software development life cycle model for developing software. First, they gathered all our requirements. Then they designed the requirements and made a proper execution plan that includes cost, time estimation, technology-related details. Their business development team was quite soft-spoken and really understood what our requirements were. Their technical team was outstanding, including project managers, developers, QA, and designers. They shared complete documentation of all the requirements.

They were highly professional and committed to work. They shared complete deadlines for each task and always completed the requirement on time. Their coordination with our team was brilliant. Their costing plan was requirement-based and allowed us to pay partial payments. And my business was launched on time.

They used the Jira tool for tracking all the work, which really helped us to understand the project progress, and they completed all the functional requirements on time, including the customer chat support feature and a currency conversion calculator. They used agile software development methodology, which is the best for software development. And they completed the project on time.

They managed all our work through the use of the latest tools. Their requirement-gathering process was the best. Their developers implemented the requirement in an efficient way keeping in mind the end-user and made the simple flow for doing transactions. Their quality assurance team used the software testing automation tool selenium to test all the functional and non-functional requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their onsite team understood the problems in a real-time environment and gave us a simple solution. Their development team made our digital transaction secure and smooth. Like, I mentioned before, the way they managed the whole project was perfect. They also gave us the training to understand its working.

Team Includes One Project Manager, one UI/UX designer, two Frontend developers, two backend developers, one Android, and one IOS engineer.
