++hellohello has been sending me presentations on Figma to review the designs and Word documents with the copy. We’ve seen improvements in the copy and design of the features we need on the webpage. The team has tailored the ideas we need to get to the public.

++hellohello has done a great job understanding our needs and our audience. We work with a very specific audience, so the content needs to be very precise.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The GNS team was thrilled with the work of the ++hellohello team. Our team was relatively inexperienced in creating a platform of this sort and the ++hellohello team patiently helped us through the process. Their work followed the inspiration examples we provided them and greatly exceeded our expectations. They created such an engaging and beautiful design under tight deadlines, budget and within the constraints of our CMS.

The designs were handed off to our frontend development team on time, allowing us to soft launch on time and on budget.

Their team was very communicative through the process, setting deadlines for us on our design inspiration and site copy and meeting every deadline on their end. We had regularly-scheduled check-ins but the team was also available on Slack for immediate questions, and we were able to easily schedule meetings outside the regular schedule, if necessary.

They delivered on time and were able to be flexible as we slightly updated our requirements based on the evolving needfs of our organization.

The combination of creativity and efficiency was very impressive. They created such a beautiful and innovative design, and did so while communicating so effectively with us and hitting every deadline.

I think the only thing was based on our inexperience. We did not realize what the process of creating the site's copy would entail and wish we would have understood that a bit better from the start. That's much more on us than them, and once we understood what we needed to deliver in order to allow them to start their work, things went very smoothly.

• Brand Design: Put together brand guidelines including: color system, brand elements, brand voice, typography, and visual assets.
• Marketing Site: site design, copy and implementation. 
• Engineering Team: 2 frontend engineers, 2 backend engineers, and 1 project manager work as ShareWillow's internal development team operating in 2 week sprints. Some of the projects already completed are a complete app redesign on the frontend and a migration of our backend to microservices from a monolithic architecture. Every sprint, the developers work with ShareWillow's product manager to breakdown requirements into tickets, refine projects, and build new features.

Many of our projects with hellohello are longer term engagements. We are also an early-stage start up that is just starting to onboard customers at the time of the engagement:

• Brand Design: Complete brand design guide delivered. This allowed us to redesign the entire user app within 4 weeks of delivery using the new brand guidelines. 
• Marketing Site: Improved marketing site that shares our company message, educates visitors on the benefits of profit sharing, and highlights the value of the produt. 
• Engineering Team: Allows ShareWillow to consistently release new features every 2 weeks for our customers. This enables ShareWillow to onboard more use cases.

They also designed our business cards, letterhead, envelopes and other stationery. We are currently continuing to work together on our website to align it with our new brand identity.

Throughout our collaboration over the years, we have achieved numerous measurable outcomes that demonstrate progress and success. The most significant ones include: 

• Assisting us in designing and launching MonkeyLearn 2.0, featuring a revamped user experience and user interface for creating custom text classifiers using machine learning. 
• Supporting us in designing and launching MonkeyLearn 3.0, which included a redesigned GUI and API (making it easier for both technical and non-technical users), the release of custom extractors (a major feature enabling users to train an ML model to extract custom data from texts), and an overhaul and redesign of custom classifiers to simplify and enhance the user experience.
• Helping us design and create third-party integrations, such as Zapier, Google Sheets, and Zendesk, which were crucial for our go-to-market strategy. 
• Big rebrand in 2017, creating a world-class brand that elevated our company's positioning. The new branding conveyed our state-of-the-art technology and product reliability, while also reflecting our fun and playful values. This rebranding effort helped us land larger clients like Snapchat, Salesforce, Atlassian, and Twilio in the following months and years.
