TULPAR 3D is a Turkish brand specializing in industrial-grade 3D printers designed for demanding production environments. We develop, manufacture, and distribute high-performance FDM 3D printers that combine speed, precision, and durability for industrial users across manufacturing, automotive, prototyping, and engineering sectors. Our product portfolio is built around two flagship models — TULPAR UX and TULPAR HX — each engineered to deliver consistent quality at high printing speeds, with robust mechanical structures suitable for 24/7 continuous operation. Both models support a wide range of materials, from common filaments like PLA, ABS, and PETG to engineering-grade materials such as PC, PA, and PP, making them suitable for both prototyping and end-use part production. Key technical strengths of our printers include CoreXY motion architecture for stable high-speed printing, Klipper firmware for advanced control, fully automatic bed leveling with accelerometer-based calibration, and thermally controlled enclosures for printing demanding materials. Our printers are designed to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality even at elevated speeds, ensuring reliable, repeatable results in industrial workflows. In addition to hardware sales, we provide technical consulting, training, and after-sales support to help our customers integrate 3D printing into their production processes effectively. We serve customers nationally across Turkey and continue to expand our presence in industrial additive manufacturing.

• Establish a professional digital presence that reflects TULPAR 3D's industrial brand positioning As an industrial 3D printer manufacturer competing with established global brands, we needed a corporate website that immediately communicated technical credibility, product quality, and engineering depth. Before this project, our digital presence didn't adequately reflect the sophistication of our hardware. We hired Heka Software to design and develop a modern, visually strong website that positions TULPAR 3D as a serious player in the industrial additive manufacturing market and builds trust with potential industrial customers visiting our site for the first time.

Heka Software designed and built our corporate website at tulpar3d.com from scratch. The site introduces TULPAR 3D as an industrial 3D printer brand and presents our two main products the TULPAR UX and TULPAR HX printers with their technical specifications, features, and use cases.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website launched on schedule with strong technical performance and fast page load times across all devices. Since launch, inquiry forms have been generating consistent qualified leads from industrial customers, brand perception has notably improved, and SEO visibility for industrial 3D printer searches in Turkey is steadily growing.

Heka Software delivered exactly what we needed: a clean, professional website built quickly and without complications.

If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be having more detailed end-user documentation for managing and updating site content ourselves. Heka is always quick to help when we ask, but a short written guide or a few walkthrough videos would make routine content updates easier on our side. It's a minor point rather than a real issue.

We worked with Heka on three things that ended up being connected. First, they helped us with UX/UI — went through our existing flows, pointed out what wasn't working, and supported the design iterations after that. Then we had them build a custom mobile app for us, end to end. They handled discovery, design, development, the whole thing, and shaped it around how we actually work rather than a generic template. The third piece was an internal platform for me to keep track of our own operations. Before that, our information was scattered across different tools and it was getting hard to see what was going on. They built something tailored to our workflow, and now it's where I check in on things day to day. So in the end we got the UX/UI work, a mobile app in production, and an internal platform we use every day — all shaped through back-and-forth as we went.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A few things stand out: I'll be honest — I'm hard to please when it comes to UX and UI. I notice every detail and I push back a lot. Heka handled that well and the end result is something I'm genuinely happy with, which doesn't happen often for me. The mobile app runs on my phone via TestFlight and has become part of how I manage things on the go — quick entries, quick checks, without needing to be at my desk. The UX work made the whole experience tighter; less friction, fewer unnecessary steps to get to what I actually need. The internal platform replaced a handful of disconnected tools I was juggling before. Now I enter my work into one place and pull reports out of it directly, instead of stitching information together from spreadsheets and notes. That alone saves me a meaningful amount of time each week. The clearest sign of success for me is that I actually use both tools daily — and I keep going back to Heka for new iterations, which I wouldn't do if the first round hadn't delivered.

Project management was solid throughout. Deliveries came in on time, and when timelines needed to shift it was communicated upfront rather than after the fact. What I appreciated most was how they responded to feedback. I'm picky and I change my mind often, especially on design details. Instead of pushing back or treating revisions as scope creep, they took the input, iterated, and came back with something better. Communication was quick — usually same-day responses — and they were proactive about flagging things I hadn't thought of yet. Overall it felt less like a vendor relationship and more like working with a team that actually cared about getting it right.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things. First, they actually listen. A lot of agencies come in with a template and try to fit you into it. Heka did the opposite — they spent time understanding how I work and what I needed before proposing anything. The output reflected that. Second, they're patient with detail. I went back and forth on UX and UI choices more than most clients probably would, and they handled it without losing momentum or quality. For me that's rare and it's the main reason I kept working with them across multiple projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Heka Software could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. The engagement met what I needed and the collaboration worked well throughout. If anything comes up in future iterations we'll address it directly, but looking back at what's been delivered so far, I don't have a real complaint.

• Build a centralized, multi-site ERP covering all core construction operations We needed a single platform to manage the full operational scope of our construction sites — fleet and equipment management, human resources (hiring demands, attendance, terminations, blacklist), accounting (invoice pool, cash flow, progress payments), procurement, safety incident tracking, and field production records (poz/manufacturing). Before the project, these were handled in disconnected spreadsheets and standalone tools, which made consolidation across sites nearly impossible. Our goal was to consolidate every operational module into one organization-wide ERP with strict multi-site data segregation, so each site sees only its own data while headquarters has consolidated visibility.
• Implement multi-stage approval workflows with strong financial control and audit trails Construction operations require strict approval chains — purchasing demands, invoices, hire requests, equipment transfers, and overhauls all need to pass through several stakeholders before execution. We hired Heka Software to design a flexible, multi-stage approval engine that supports role-based approval steps, automated email and in-app notifications, revert/rollback capabilities, and full audit history. The goal was to eliminate uncontrolled spending, enforce internal compliance policies, and create a traceable record of every financial and operational decision.
• Deliver a mobile-friendly, role-based system with real-time reporting and document management Field teams needed to access the system from construction sites — often with limited connectivity — while management required real-time KPI visibility from anywhere. We needed granular role-based permissions (separate access rights for every action: list, create, update, delete, approve), file/document upload with version tracking on every transaction, push and SignalR-based real-time notifications, and built-in Excel/PDF exports. Multi-language support (Turkish and English) was also essential for our international and bilingual stakeholders. The goal was a system that worked equally well for site engineers in the field, finance teams at headquarters, and executive leadership.

Scope of Work Heka Software was engaged to design, develop, and deliver Şantiyelerim, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform tailored to the operational needs of multi-site construction companies. The project was executed end-to-end — from requirements analysis and system architecture through full-stack development, deployment, and ongoing support. The system was built as a multi-tenant, organization-aware platform supporting strict data segregation across organizations, worksites, projects, and regions. The scope included backend development in .NET (C#) using a clean architecture and CQRS pattern, frontend development in Angular with PrimeNG, relational database design with Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server, real-time communication infrastructure via SignalR, and full bilingual support (Turkish, English, ...).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Şantiyelerim ERP transformed our operations by consolidating fragmented spreadsheets and standalone tools into a single, real-time platform. Reporting time dropped from days to minutes through built-in Excel/PDF exports, while multi-stage approval cycles for invoices and purchasing demands were shortened from days to hours via the in-app approval engine with email notifications. Concurrency control eliminated data loss from shared editing, and centralized document management replaced scattered email attachments. The mobile-friendly UI drove strong adoption across field and office teams, and the multi-tenant architecture provided strict data segregation across worksites and projects. Most importantly, the system established a single source of truth for the entire organization, enabling faster, data-driven decisions and providing a scalable foundation for future growth.  Clean architecture, mature development practices, and a remarkably stable platform without the recurring bugs we've seen with other vendors. We received an enterprise-grade ERP platform that would have cost significantly more from larger vendors. They combine strong engineering with a genuine partnership mindset. Heka Software's project management was structured, transparent, and highly responsive. They adopted an incremental moduler delivery approach, releasing operational modules (HR, Accounting, Procurement, Vehicle Park, ...) one by one rather than as a single monolithic delivery, which allowed us to provide feedback and start gaining value early.  Their incremental release approach allowed us to start using the system early and provide feedback throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Strong engineering, clear communication, and a patient, agile, solution-oriented approach. Heka delivered a stable platform and adapted to every change request without compromisig quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Heka Software could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Heka Software was very positive, one area where they could improve is end-user documentation. The system itself is intuitive, but as we onboarded new users across different sites, we found ourselves relying heavily on our internal champions to explain certain workflows. More comprehensive user guides, video walkthroughs, or in-app tooltips for less frequently used features would shorten the learning curve for new team members. To their credit, Heka is responsive whenever we ask for clarification, but expanding their self-service documentation would make adoption even smoother.
