HBDev designed, developed, and published our website in Spanish, Catalan, and English, and continues to manage its maintenance. The website is mobile-friendly and includes a custom administration panel from which we can update restaurant information, legal texts, menu categories, dishes, prices, descriptions, and images without relying on a technician.

They also created dedicated pages for reservations and advertising campaigns, group bookings, shortcuts to call and open Google Maps, integration with Google and TikTok, and a proprietary analytics system to measure reservations, calls, map views, menu visits, languages, and interactions.

In addition, HBDev manages our multilingual advertising campaigns, including Google Ads with 13 ad groups, keyword optimization, budgets, conversions, audiences, and landing pages, as well as TikTok campaigns, reporting, technical support, and ongoing improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bookings increased by 187%, rising from an average of 12.9 to almost 37 per day. Daily revenue increased by 59%, from approximately €2,519 to almost €4,000, with daily advertising investment of around €78.

The project management was excellent from the start. HBDev delivered the website on time and responded promptly whenever we needed changes, new features, or campaign adjustments. Communication has been constant, and we've always received quick support for the website, Google Ads, TikTok, and the analytics system.

What impressed us most was that HBDev didn't just create a website. They analyzed the entire customer journey, connected the website to the campaigns, and created their own system to measure reservations, calls, and Google Maps visits. They also respond very quickly and continuously adapt the campaigns based on the restaurant's actual results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hbdev could have done differently?

Initially, the price seemed a bit high, and it would have been helpful to receive a more detailed explanation of the full value of the service from the outset. However, after the 30-day free trial and seeing the actual results, we fully understood the price and decided to continue working with HBDev.

HBDev designed, developed, and published our website in Spanish, Catalan, and English. The website is mobile-friendly and includes a visual presentation of our dishes, a digital menu, a reservation system, access to Google Maps, and comprehensive restaurant information.

They also implemented a private analytics system to measure visits, traffic sources, languages, devices, menu views, Google Maps accesses, and reservation-related actions. The dashboard allows users to view recent activity, apply filters, and export data.

HBDev also set up and manages our multilingual Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking, keyword optimization, ads, budgets, and landing pages. As the project was recently launched, the campaigns are still gathering data to evaluate long-term business results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project launched successfully in three languages. Analytics have already recorded over 1,500 interactions, including 181 menu views, 72 Google Maps visits, 67 booking inquiries, and 59 visits to the booking system.

HBDev organized and executed the project quickly and efficiently. The website was launched on schedule, and any requested changes were implemented promptly. They also responded well to our needs during campaign setup, conversion tracking, and analytics. Communication has been straightforward, and support continues even after launch.

Their ability to combine design, development, analytics, and advertising within a single project stands out. The website has a polished look, works in three languages, and allows us to understand how customers interact with it. Furthermore, any changes or needs are addressed quickly.

We haven't had any major problems. As the project was recently launched, we still need more time to gather data and evaluate all the long-term campaign results. So far, the communication, support, and work done have been excellent.

HBDev created and continues to maintain a secure platform that allows me to share my recorded biology and chemistry courses with enrolled students while controlling who can access the content.

The platform includes an admin area where I can manage students, give or remove access, manage devices, and organize the course materials. My students can use the application on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS.

It also helps prevent casual unauthorized sharing and makes it much harder for regular users to copy or distribute the course content without permission. HBDev handled the setup, publishing, hosting, updates, and ongoing technical support. The platform is currently used by more than 30 students.

The platform is currently used by more than 30 students to access protected course content across multiple devices. It has significantly reduced the time I spend distributing materials and managing access manually. I can add or remove students, control device access, and provide support more efficiently from one place.

My previous platform stopped working, so I needed a replacement urgently. HBDev understood the situation and delivered the applications in less than a month. Communication was very fast, my requests were handled quickly, and any issues or changes were addressed immediately. The platform was launched on time and HBDev has continued to provide reliable support and updates since then.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was how quickly HBDev understood the urgency of my situation and delivered a complete multi-platform solution. In less than a month, the platform was ready for students to use on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS. The ongoing support has also been very responsive, and changes or issues are handled quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hbdev could have done differently?

There were no major issues. Because the platform had to be delivered very quickly, having a more detailed written onboarding guide at launch would have been helpful. However, HBDev was always available to explain everything and provide support whenever needed.
