I hired Hatch2Web IT initially to develop my company logo and we transitioned to him designing my website and all the subsequent updates over the years.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

He was extremely responsive, understood what I was looking for and worked with me to get it right every time.

Im not really sure about all the technologies- that's why I hired him, but i can say that he knows his stuff, is extremely fast and responsive and works to get the project right.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have been able to use the website as a place to direct people to find out more about my services which is exactly what I was looking for.

We communicate via skype. Hatch is always responsive (almost all hours of the day) despite the 7 to 8 hour time difference in our locations. Projects are completed extremely quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How easy he is to work with. He has quick communication, and fast delivery of services, which I would highly recommend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cant see any. I've been satisfied.

Hatch2Web has worked on various sites and projects that need attention to detail and have specific needs. When clients are budget conscious, I know that Hatch2 and the team are very supportive.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with Hatch2 in the past. I know that the team makes themselves available for my company during office hours in Toronto and New York. This was very important as well the team communicates very well.

It was easy to meet and discuss the scope of the projects before execution. This way everyone was on the same page and communication was open. Some of the projects required video, graphics, along with custom-built WordPress sites. Anything that we threw at the team, they handled. Very skilled, well versed in various coding, software, applications, and templates.

Serveral different teams work with me and they are all high scale companies of more than 150 employees

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the sites are optimized and UX and UI were tested and all bugs worked out, the launch was a success with a huge ROI.

The communication was on target, this is why I can highly recommend Hatch2 and the team.

We've been most impressed by the kindness, politeness, and responsiveness of the entire team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As always, there are bugs when you first create, the team worked them out. I would recommend that before submitting the project as final that it be tested on all browzers and resolutions. Otherwise, great support was given.
