Success of the project deliverables was fairly easy to evaluate given the well defined scope of work. Each page or component completed by the HashOne team was run through code review and QA; once the feature had passed both tests, the feature was deemed to be successfully completed

The project was managed in an adapted agile fashion, with releases being specified, defined, sized and then delivered. Due to the size of the project, scope creep posed a siginificant challenge which caused us to move to the above model, as opposed to the originally envisioned waterfall approach.

Willingness to collaborate, and accommodate all our requirements as a customer, even when they did not form part of the original scope. The initial ramp up of the HashOne team was not without challenges, although this may be inevitable in a complex environment such as our own. A deeper due diligence cycle may have mitigated these issues somewhat, but the HashOne team did well to recover

I sent them almost 200 wireframes between web and mobile and they were able to parse through them very well with minimal confirmations to get to the desired results.

I´m the manager of a company for design and distribution of optical frames and sunglasses. We sell to opticians and also final customers our own designs and also their OEM products.

We wanted a website for the profesional opticians where they can buy packs of optical frames and sunglasses at very good price and also very good design. Our philisophy for this website is "Buy here like if you were buying directly in China factories but without moving from Spain and without buying big quantities, we make the best selection for you and bring them directly to your optical shop".

We searched web developers, contact some of them and after interviewing them we absolutely decide for this one, not only for price but also for professionalism and ease of contact. They always answer you inmediately and solve absolutely any problem you have.

After talking with them about our project idea, they sent us a form with various questions and expectations. We had quite clear ideas about the design of the web page, although they also contributed their own ideas. All the development was joint, checking with us every step they took. It was really very easy to work with them, they looked for solutions for everything we wanted to develop until it was developed.

The contact was basically with one person, he was the one who transferred everything to the rest of his team, which has made it very easy to work with them, he did not have to contact a designer, developer..., only one person who transferred everything to the rest.

It's a new project that didn't exist in our country, the usual thing in Spain is sales to opticians through physical commercials, not exclusive websites for opticians, but the result we're having is very good. The usability of the page is very easy, and the design is really good.

As I said before, the daily deal was with Shaharyar, he was the one who transferred all our requirements to the rest of the team. Contact was practically daily, and any problem or delay was reported to us immediately.

The entire website is built from scratch using custom PHP coding and they’re also responsible for the ongoing maintenance to support it.

We’re rolling out the marketing process on a step-by-step basis so we don’t really want a lot of visitors on the platform at the moment. The app is not ready, but we're fully satisfied with what HashOne Creative has delivered for us, as they’ve fully met our expectations.

They’re amazing from a project management perspective because they’re highly proactive and consistently available despite being several time zones away.

We typically communicate through phone and email, and utilize several programs to manage the project such as Excel and Google Sheets.

We’ve slowly improved our communication over the years as we’re now receiving constant feedback and reports on a daily and weekly basis, so there’s nothing they need to improve on at the moment.

After launching our site, we saw a 80% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the landing page. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

I was looking for a company to do animation work and UX/UI and site development work.

HashOne Creatives provides animation and web development services for my company — I have clients of my own, so we work together to facilitate my clients' needs. We give them a few requirements for specific projects, including where each animation should be located on the website. 

Primarily, they work on animations for the website — animations are their strong suit. They use CSS and JavaScript for visual animations; they create graphics that move across the screen on a website, like floating images. 

They also create micro-interaction animations for when users click between different elements on a website. 

The HashOne Creatives team also does web development for us on this project. They do a lot of frontend UX/UI work. They also do some backend work, including user registration and ticketing for our e-commerce website pages. They host a few of our other websites as well.

We have one main point of contact, but two other teammates are working with us on graphic design and website development.

We initially found them on Upwork over a year ago. I put the job posting up, and no one I talked to didn't understand what I wanted to accomplish. The websites they've worked on speak for themselves. I posted the website from one project on a well-known website that reviews design companies and it scored reasonably well. You can tell that their designs are high-quality. 

How did HashOne Creatives perform from a project management standpoint?

We create deadlines internally and relay them to the HashOne Creatives team. Our main point of contact would report back to us every 1–2 days, or once a week, depending on the project.  

Each project is a coordinated effort between our companies — each team has a different project style, but we communicate at a specific time each week to update each other on project progress. 

There is always an understanding about what needs to get done and what is currently being worked on. If edits need to be made, they're well laid out, and their team can turn around some designs the same day. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

HashOne Creatives is awesome to work with — their animations are great. They're also really ambitious and are always ready to start on a project, no matter how crazy my ideas may sound. They never say no — they're always working to find a way to deliver what I want. HashOne Creatives has a genuine go-getter attitude. 

It was essential for us to have all the animations on the website without slowing down performance, and they were able to deliver that — they optimized our website performance. That's something you don't see with other companies: they can create good designs while also having clean code that doesn't overuse the browser.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were certain times where there were issues with our communication, but that's a two-way street. However, when there are issues, they always get resolved. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients need to be organized from their end when going into a project. It's essential to provide HashOne Creatives with precise project requirements because they're going to move quickly to try to hit all of their timelines.

Clients need to allocate time to provide feedback, give updates, and review changes to HashOne Creative. Anyone working with them needs to be ready to catch up to their speed — once they have things prepared for review, clients have to get them back to the HashOne Creatives team quickly so they can focus on their timeline.
