Project Outline: Custom CRM System for Coliving Management Project Overview 

The goal of this project is to develop a CRM system integrating with ABACUS (ERP) and WIX.com via a REST API. 

The system will manage coliving occupancy, tenant applications, and workflows while keeping customer data and invoicing within ABACUS ERP. The CRM will also integrate with WIX.com for room availability management, JIRA for ticketing and include a booking portal with Stripe payment integration.

We went live with the app early on and managed to keep the tight timeline of the project. Overall the project is a huge success and the results go beyond what is currently available in the market for coliving software operators.

I engaged Hashlogics to develop a functional Proof of Concept (PoC) web application as part of our initial product validation strategy. The scope of this phase included designing and launching the core application website, implementing push verification to support authentication workflows, enabling event logging to track user verifications, and integrating Microsoft single sign-on (SSO) to streamline access and security.

Following the successful completion of the PoC, we transitioned into the second phase: building a production-ready product. This stage focused on multi-user support, with accounts and activity logs mapped to individual companies, role based administrative controls to ensure secure and scalable access management, and a refined user interface to enhance usability and polish the user experience.

Hashlogics transformed my initial concept into a functioning reality by delivering the core features I envisioned within a clean, production-grade web application. Their work focused on building out the key components that were essential to the product:

Push Verification Integration: They implemented the ability to send push-based verification requests to a multi-factor authentication (MFA) app, providing a seamless and secure method for user identity confirmation.

Verification Logging: Logging was added to track each verification events, enabling detailed audit information of user and requester verification actions.

Single Sign-On via Microsoft 365: To simplify access and enhance security, the application was integrated with Microsoft 365 SSO, allowing users to authenticate using their existing organizational credentials.

This foundation not only fulfilled the technical specifications, but was also delivered with a polished and intuitive user experience.

They were quick to reschedule sessions as needed and always made themselves available to provide updates or progress reports whenever I requested. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt helped maintain momentum and ensured that communication remained clear and collaborative throughout the project.

These guys developed high quality websites that exceeded my expectations. In fact, we had tried with two other groups prior to working with Hashlogic. From the onset, they asigned the right people to connect with me - from UX design to actual implementation. While English is not their first language, they responded and interpreted the content as if they were. There was absolutely nothing lost in translation.  If I had a 10 extra websites to do today, I wouldn't hesitate to call my new friends for help!!!

Currently, we have not launched yet and thus, can not name measurable results. The project got delivered in three milestones, along with loom videos that showcased the process. There was a feature to preview the web app at its current state. In the end, it got transfered over.

Abdul and the Hashlogics team were responsible to burning through about 50-60 bugs for both the web app and mobile app. Those bugs were part of stabilizing the platform. They were tasked to work with our existing developers. They did an amazing job. We experienced an internal change at Maidily and we were in dire need of good developers to not only support the platform but work on burning through existing bugs. Abdul and the Hashlogic’s team ended up being the perfect fit! 

They came in, quickly understood the back end, got set up and got to work! Their communication was above and beyond (joining stand ups, communicating on Slack). They are highly technical with great work ethic.

The Hashlogic team were working in our ClickUp account, that's were we track all bugs. They burned through every bug assigned to them. For bugs that needed more detail we got Zoom calls and discussed details - they were always available.

Project management was easy - they were organized on their end. They communicated directly on the task in ClickUp and also were part of our Slack channels where communication was easy and fluid. They were incredibly responsive. Real time. They did deliver everything on time, if there was a bug that needed more time than estimated we were notified ahead of time with the reasons as to why.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We tested the web app, but all the issues we brought up were met with statements along the lines of they would fix all the issues later, which didn’t happen. We also had user feedback, security tests, and third-party reviews, but there were no positive outcomes.

How did Hashlogics perform from a project management standpoint?

They didn’t deliver on time because they kept assigning different people to our project. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The team was punctual to meetings and always shared what they were working on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should have informed us that they couldn’t execute the project.

We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not reflect the documented history of this engagement.

The most important fact is that the MVP was completed and delivered. The project was executed through agreed milestones, and each milestone was reviewed and approved by the client before work progressed to the next phase. At no point during development was the project abandoned or left unfinished.

Following delivery, Hashlogics provided a proposal for ongoing support, maintenance, and future enhancements. That proposal included a summary of the MVP functionality already delivered, including UI/UX design, authentication, user management, meeting agenda creation, scheduling, participant invitations, agenda exports, meeting minutes, and meeting duplication. The client responded, “Many thanks for the doc, I will review and get back to you soon,” and did not dispute the delivery summary at that time.

The client later reviewed the support and maintenance proposal, requested revisions to certain terms, and Hashlogics accommodated those requests. After receiving the revised proposal, the client replied: “Sounds good and that works for me as well. Many thanks for the consideration! Appreciatively yours!!”

These documented communications do not align with the suggestion that Hashlogics was unwilling to support the platform. On the contrary, they showed continued discussions regarding post-launch support and our willingness to assist with the product’s ongoing development.

We believe the documented record speaks for itself: the MVP was delivered through approved milestones, a detailed delivery summary was shared without objection, and discussions continued regarding future support after delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 17% increase in traffic, a 25% increase in new user registrations, and an increase in conversion rates. Multiple old users commented on how much they preferred the newer version and its ease of use.

How did Hashlogics perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered a week after the original deadline but communicated it well in advance. We had virtual meetings and communicated via email and a messaging app.
