On the business side, the AI intake system HashDev built has been a huge time-saver. It’s reduced our manual paperwork by about 30%, allowing us to handle more inquiries without getting overwhelmed. Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, the technical delivery was spot on. If I had to pick one thing, it’d be that in the beginning, the technical options for the AI integration were so broad that it took us a little extra time to narrow down exactly which path to take. However, their team was great at walking me through the pros and cons of each, which ultimately led us to the right decision. Now that I see the results, I’m glad we took that extra time to get the strategy right, but it’s the only part of the process that felt like it needed more back-and-forth.
