For what projects/services did your company hire ENOU Labs, and what were your goals?

I outsourced work to ENOU Labs on behalf of a Client. We needed to fix issues on a Magento E-Commerce site and eventually develop a new site on Wordpress.

ENOU Labs were recommended to me by another developer in my area.

We had multiple calls with a representative which were extremely helpfull in getting the project started. The team communicated with us during the whole project. The project involved Magento 2, Wordpress, PHP, Woocommerce.

I interacted mainly with one representative who was very professional and easy to talk to.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Bugs were fixed very quickly and development progressed quickly also. They are very committed to finding the best solution for issues.

We had regular check-ups and updates from the team. We used slack to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The representative's knowledge on a range of topics was very usefull and appealing.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the manager at one of the locations of First Response Phone Repair. We repair phones, and we sell used devices and accessories and a lot of different assets of electronic devices.

What challenge were you trying to address with ENOU Labs?

We had an old website, and we were in need of a new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ENOU Labs has helped us carry over a lot of aspects from our old website to a Webflow platform. They’ve also developed an online store on the site using Shopify, allowing us to present our products. In addition, they’ve contributed to our SEO efforts, to ensure that we’re visible to all the people who are trying to find us. The team is currently tweaking and finalizing some things on the website.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with their whole team, but we mainly work with Osama (Principal Engineer).

How did you come to work with ENOU Labs?

The ENOU Labs team was recommended by a trustworthy company we were working with. The team showed a presentation featuring what they could do for us, and they presented a project they did for another company. In the end, we really liked their design and the different things they provided. Their work showed that they could help us promote our business, to make it more presentable and accessible.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $5,000–$6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration started in February 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve created a presentable and modern website, and a lot of our customers are happy with our platform’s new look. The team’s output is really a step up from our old website.

How did ENOU Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a good project management process, and though we’re in different time zones, they’re willing to go above and beyond to support us. As an example, they stay up late to accommodate our needs. Furthermore, they give us everything we need, and whenever we have questions, they answer them. We communicate through Google Meet and FaceTime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer competitive rates, and we’re impressed that they know what they’re doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything is great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend ENOU Labs to whoever needs their services because they can pretty much nail everything on the head.

We needed a UX expert well versed in Shopify's Polaris framework to refresh our SaaS dashboard.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online and came across Enou labs from a mastermind recommendation.

Enou team started with an audit of hotjar recordings, heatmaps and our goals for the redesign. This lead to initial wireframes, followed by final figma drawings.

My team worked directly with Enou team for this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ENOU Labs did an excellent job on this project, and came up with numerous improvements that we hadn't considered. End result has been great.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Enou team was very easy to reach and displayed a deep understanding of SaaS industry. This made things easier and we were on the same page right off the bat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm very impressed by the deep understanding Enou team has about UX, complemented by their graphic design skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If Enou can provide an end-to-end solution that includes UX design and frontend development, they'd be unstoppable.
