I’m an executive at an educational consultancy agency working with some universities in the UK, Canada, and the USA. We have a team of about 30 people, and we work with about 50 universities in the UK, five colleges and two universities in Canada, and two universities in the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hans Finest Digital Solutions?

We hired Hans Finest for ad management services.

What is the scope of their involvement?

Hans Finest has provided us with ad management and design services for multiple projects. Initially, they helped us design some graphics for ads that were placed on the LED displays at airports and some shopping malls. Then, they created some visual assets for Facebook posts and produced a few videos.

We’ve also engaged with Hans Finest to develop databases and forms for collecting student information. For this project, I discussed my needs and requirements with them via email, and they built the solution from the ground up.

When students are admitted into the university, they can access these forms to make booking requests for accommodation. These requests are sent to us immediately so that we can find a place for these students before they travel to Nigeria.

In our latest project, Hans Finest has helped me design a new website from scratch and link it to a database and Google Forms for a small election I’m running in my home state. For this project, they first sent me a form to fill out so that they could understand the purpose of the website and my inspirations.

Then, Hans Finest sent me a template of how the site structure would look. A couple of days after my approval, they came back with a demo site, which I also approved. In two days, everything was up and running, and the deliverables included an email address, a database, and a Google Forms integration.

I’ve only worked and met with one person from Hans Finest. I’m not sure how many people work with him on this project.

I asked someone about a graphic designer, and this person gave me Hans Finest’s number and email address. Then, I sent them an email, and they responded the same day; that’s how we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent close to $20,000 over the years.

What is the status of the engagement?

Hans Finest started working for us in 2011, and our partnership is ongoing. For my website, we started working together in July 2022, and they delivered it within a week.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our airport ads highlighted the importance of going to the University of Cranfield for technology-related courses. Hans Finest’s graphic designs were good, and we attracted several students, so that project was successful.

Moreover, our shopping mall ads were also very good. Those were ads for Portsmouth University in the UK, and we attracted and enrolled over 100 students. The university was very happy with the results.

As for the website for my election campaign, a lot of people are engaging with me through the forms Hans Finest integrated. The elections are three months away, so the success of my campaign is yet to be seen. When dealing with politics, the success metric is whether the candidate wins or loses. However, everything is going well so far, and the website is meeting its purpose.

As general feedback, Hans Finest is very fast at delivering assets, and the quality of their work is very good. We’ve worked with similar service providers in the past, and they haven’t delivered as expected. However, our projects with Hans Finest have been immensely successful, so we’ve kept going back to them for more projects.

How did Hans Finest Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I never have to chase Hans Finest because they answer emails almost instantaneously. Additionally, they work quickly. I thought that the website design project would take a lot of time, but they delivered it within a week. In addition to email, we communicate via phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hans Finest’s quick responses are impressive. When I was looking for a service provider, I sent an email to them and two others. Hans Finest was the first to reply, and he was almost done with the first project before the two other service providers replied. Additionally, they’re very honest.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything Hans Finest could improve on. Others may expect them to use other technologies to improve their services, but my experience has been good so far.

Any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need their services because you’ll love them. I’ve recommended them to a friend of mine in the UK because he could greatly benefit from their services.

We communicated via WhatsApp and phone calls. Their team also met all the deadlines and was professional throughout the project — I sent them the steps of what I wanted, and they gave me the timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their UI/UX design is what stood out the most about them — they were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m satisfied with what they’ve done. In addition to that, their prices were fair and much cheaper than what I expected.

Make sure you have sufficient funds to cover the project’s costs.
