Please describe your company and your position there.

Karolina Zarusińska, Head of Marketing & EB in Speednet. We are an agile software company specializing in web and mobile applications. We provide enterprise software services across diverse industrial sectors. From the very beginning our aim was to support worldwide enterprises as well as medium-sized businesses. We specialize in business analysis, UX/UI design, development and implementation of custom software systems for business in the finance, edutech, ecommerce, medtech, logistics, and many other sectors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hand2band?

We had the challenge to find a Technology Partner specializing in Angular. We wanted to extend our team of backend developers for front and mobile developers. Mainly they support us in team augmentation and outsourcing services. They provided us with two Angular developers for this project. Above this we have been working with Hand2Band for 3 years.

As a technology company, we were interviewing many software houses but Hand2Band was the one that fulfilled our high-quality expectations. They showed us a proven track of record working with many software houses and they had standardized processes of outsourcing services

An event application whose main goal is to simplify the process of organizing events (weddings, communions). As part of the event, it enables efficient handling of its details, guest list, gifts, gift payments, as well as managing these areas from the BackOffice application.

Our hiring process when partnering with other technology companies involves screening resumes, selecting candidates, having a technical interview with our tech lead and checking language skills.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

I think that extending our cooperation with Hand2Band is a fact which demonstrates that their services are at our expected level of development. Excellent job guys, we would definitely recommend you as an Angular experts and mobile app technology partner as well.

For us, they communicated clearly and advised us what we could do better in the Angular tech stack. I would definitely recommend that team. I’d like to thank them for making themselves available and approachable over these recent years.

Their incredible commitment combined with openness, transparency, and punctuality made us feel confident that we would be delivering against our roadmap at each and every stage. We can't imagine a more professionally-managed project.

Support for two large projects for our client in Belgium regarding the development of new features and other IT support like maintenance of solution.

They have many good experts in variety of development technologies, such as Ruby on Rails, Java., Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, .NET, Flutter, Swift, Python.

Ongoing support of mobile and backend development in React Native and .Net technology.

One React Native and One full-stack developer (.Net + Angular)

We needed to quickly hire 5 Java developers for our banking project.

I met with Mateusz Michalak during WebSummit in 2021 and we kept in touch since then.

One of our clients needed support in their banking project, and we supplied them with software developers. Some of these developers - Java - were provided to us from Hand2Band.

I worked directly with Mateusz Michalak from Hand2Band. He assisted us with organizing screening and tech calls with their developers and was helpful all along the way.
